# *I'm relaxing!... please don't bother me.* It's my favorite word when I want to rest or be quiet, so I can get away from the daily routine (even if it's only for a few hours) - *you are so refined!* - I am told in a humorous tone. >*Estoy de relax!... no me molesten, por favor!.* Es mi palabra favorita cuando deseo descansar o estar tranquila,así me desligo de la rutina diaria (aunque sea por pocas horas) - *¡caramba estas muy refinada!* - me dicen en tono jocoso. Relax is an English word that translated into Spanish means to relax. "Loosen" or "loosen" our burdens has a lot to do with this term. Each person has a particular way of doing this, depending on their tastes, time and space. >Relax es una palabra inglesa que traducida al castellano quiere decir relajarse. "Soltar" o "aflojar" nuestras cargas tiene mucha relación con este termino. Cada persona tiene una forma particular de hacerlo, dependiendo de sus gustos, tiempo y espacio. In my case, it's very relaxing to listen to soft instrumental music, if I'm alone it's better. I also have a painting whose landscape takes me to a quiet little town and I imagine myself listening to the sound of macaws and other birds and enjoying its cool climate. >En mi caso, me relaja mucho escuchar música suave instrumental,si estoy sola mejor. También tengo un cuadro cuyo paisaje me traslada a un pueblito tranquilo y me imagino escuchando el sonido de guacamayos y otros pájaros y disfrutando de su fresco clima. I have a brother who is in a very good mood and I love to visit him because we always laugh at some joke he tells and that relaxes me a lot. >Tengo un hermano que tiene muy buen humor y me encanta visitarlo porque siempre nos reímos de algún chiste que cuenta y eso me relaja bastante. Other people prefer to read a good book, take a walk, talk about a topic of interest, exercise, etc. So everyone has their own way of relaxing. Even more in these times when the coronavirus is in the front page at a national and international level, offering figures of deaths and living the distressing situation that we Venezuelans live in all areas and aggravating the lack of gasoline and domestic gas ... a madness! >Otras personas prefieren leer un buen libro, dar un paseo ,conversar sobre un tema de interés, ejercitarse físicamente, etc. Así cada quien tiene su forma de relajarse. Aun mas en estos tiempos en que el coronavirus esta en primera plana a nivel nacional e internacional, ofreciendo cifras de fallecidos y viviendo la angustiosa situación que vivimos los venezolanos en todos sus ámbitos y agravándose la falta de gasolina y gas domestico... una locura!. But this is where we have to take it easy and learn to relax... better times will come. So here I leave you with a photo of a beautiful sunset that the camera was able to capture when it was taking a walk along the coast of Punto fijo (Falcon state) so that my dear readers can relax a little and enjoy that natural beauty of my beloved Venezuela. >Pero bueno aquí es donde tenemos que tomar las cosas con calma y aprender a relajarnos... ya vendrán tiempos mejores. Así que aquí les dejo una foto de un hermoso atardecer que la cámara pudo captar cuando se realizaba un paseo por las costas de Punto fijo (estado Falcón) para que mis estimados lectores se relajen un poco y puedan disfrutar de esa belleza natural de mi amada Venezuela.
