Para comenzar a ser esta crema lo primero que hago es cortar las cebollas en juliana, luego en un sarten coloco aceite y agrego la cebolla y la voy a cocinar a fuego lento hasta que la cebolla esté brillante o transparente, es momento de agregarle el azúcar y el vinagre luego se sigue cocinando hasta que tenga un color dorado qu es el momento de apagarlo y dejo enfriar a temperatura ambiente.

Mientras se enfria la cebolla procedo a realizar la salsa, en la licuadora ponemos la mayonesa, la mostaza el ajo y el cilantro, lucuamos y agregamos la sal y la pimienta al gusto batimos muy bien para que se integre todo.

Ahora la agregamos en un bol y agregamos la cebolla caramelizada picada lo mas pequeñito que podamos movemos muy bien y listo.
