Vote for stuff that adds enough value to Hive to earn its rewards. That's obviously subjective, so use your subjective judgment. If you see rewards being paid in excess of value contributed, downvote. Again, subjective.
If you want the value of your Hive to go up, that is. If you want the value of your Hive to go down, don't bother with this.
