🇪🇦 Me resulto un buen emprendimiento que me ayudó en momentos difíciles para obtener ingresos adicionales que me ayudarán a cubrir los gastos de la casa y los de mis estudios. Hoy mi intención es que, para cualquiera de ustedes les puede servir como una gran idea para invertir y sacarle algo extra al ingreso familiar. O También las pueden hacerlas en casa y compartir con los más pequeños a ellos les encanta y como son artesanales, sin químicos ni aditivos, les traerá beneficios producto de los nutrientes que tiene la leche de cabra.

🇪🇦 INGREDIENTES : 🍶 2 litros de leche de cabra recién sacada del corral 🍚 1/2 kilo de azúcar 🍮 Vainilla al gusto .

🇪🇦 MODO DE PREPARACIÓN: 1️⃣ Vertir en un bol, los dos litros de leche previamente colada 2️⃣ Añadir el 1/2 kilo de azúcar . 3️⃣ Diluir con una cucharilla de madera 4️⃣ Colocar al fuego mover y remover hasta lograr que tenga consistencia espesa y acaramelada 5️⃣ Se retira del fuego y se mezcla hasta que esté fría y se amasa. 6️⃣ se utiliza un rodillo para compactar y extender la mezcla y con unos moldes de figuras vas haciendo cada una . 7️⃣ Colocar en paquetes de 10 unidades . NOTA: con esta receta salen aproximadamente 50 unidades.
