Morning everyone....
As I stated in yesterday’s post. The box that I am currently going through from my private security place, had a lot of hand poured silver in it.
So today I am going to continue with a very unusual piece that I am came across in the box for #silverpornsaturday.
The bar is 100 grams of .999 fine silver. It is hand poured, as you will see from the pour lines and layered cooling lines on the sides of the bar.
It has some cool toning to it, and many unusual stampings on it as well. It also has the words “Deutsche Reichsbank”, 1939 on the reverse. By all accounts the bar looks like it was intended to look old school Germany.
There is no way this bar was poured in 1939, and was probably not even poured in Germany. But it is unusual, and it is 100 grams of .999 fine silver. I have tested it, and weighed it.
