No: it was set plan with a budget of 300 SPI. Everyone who was interested had to apply for an allocation within a deadline, and all the allocations were made two weeks ago. Only the subscribers listed in the post will receive SPI.
If this plan works well, I'm sure we'll be doing other things in the future.
