For me it has been a great pride as a future Bachelor in Business Administration: mention in computer science, (LMF), to carry out this event together with our team @lacasitahive.
It is worth noting that our presentation today May 28th, 2023, we made an incursion to represent the HIVE ecosystem at a massive level together with the Universidad Nacional Experimental "Sim贸n Rodriguez" as representative of this event, where we were allowed to hold a forum with more than 200 people present at the Luis Mariano Rivera Theater in the city of Cuman谩, Sucre State, Venezuela.
Our invitation and participation in the Forum "The role of the administrator and cryptocurrencies" was a presentation which was a total challenge, the personal preparation to bring the correct information to so many people was a subject of constant study, work and dedication, due to having to implement new strategies and pedagogical methods to carry out the union of management, business, cryptocurrencies and the HIVE ecosystem in a forum at university level for the general public, academic and business.
Sharing the forum together with specialists, PhDs in economics, management, financial analysts and more professionals, was a great honor, knowing that they liked our presentation and that they are interested in participating with us in future forums makes me feel that we are on the right track.
I have to emphasize that unfortunately we did not have any HIVE resources to carry out this event, we hope that in the not too distant future we will have the necessary material to improve the experience and vision of people about Hive. However, the situation never took away our will to work, since this project became a project for many and giving up is not an option and never will be.

To conclude our presentation, we ended with the importance and opportunities offered by the HIVE ecosystem for content creators, developers, entrepreneurs, university students and the general public.
We can say that this was a successful event, where we sowed in each of those present in the space the HIVE seed in their minds, and the exponential effect as time goes by will distribute this information to thousands of people, whose specific objective is to constantly multiply the #hiveadopcion (the training and development of people for the HIVE ecosystem).

The work we have been doing was progressive, we laid our foundations in a solid and concrete way when setting our SMART objectives in order to have a realistic scope on our ideas and aspirations.
It is worth mentioning that our experience and knowledge in business, administration, marketing and analysis played a fundamental role in knowing where we want to go and making the right decisions to continue growing as a community, the question we asked ourselves the most was, how to implement these ideas in the right way as expected?
In my view, @lordbutterfly Article allowed us to have more answers to make better decisions on the path we want to take.
We have the courage, tools and knowledge necessary to carry out better projects and forums, and nothing better than doing it in the main theater of the State of Sucre in front of thousands of professionals, strangers and people who are about to learn about the HIVE ecosystem and web 3.0.
One of the goals is to promote Hive where it is completely unknown, to demonstrate what the Hive blockchain is capable of for the introduction of new hivers and to teach people how to be part of it.
Using Web 2.0 to promote Web 3.0
The marketing of Hive is not only destined to Hivers, that is why the marketing is directed to people who do not know this system, leading them to investigate, innovate and think about this Hive project, where one of the purposes is that it stands out at higher levels for the continued growth and development of the HIVE market and advertising of this new innovative system.
Making use of Web 2.0 platforms as a tool to make Web 3.0 grow is an important advertising factor to attract new users.
The Article by @taskmaster4450 in my point of view, tells us the importance of the development and growth of web 3.0, a new technology created for society in general, where there is a long way to go, but with learning and perseverance expectations can be fulfilled in the not too distant future.

Due to these new financial systems, they obtained as a result an effective payment method, but at the same time obsolete due to the lack of information and use by the consumer.

Nuestra invitaci贸n y participacion en el Foro "El rol del administrador y las criptomonedas" fue una ponencia el cual fue un total desafio, la preparaci贸n personal para llevar la correcta informaci贸n a tantas personas fue un tema de constante estudio, trabajo y dedicaci贸n, debido al tener que implementar nuevas estrategias y metodos pedagogicos para llevar a acabo la uni贸n de la administraci贸n, la empresa, las criptomonedas y el ecosistema HIVE en un foro a nivel universitario para el p煤blico en general, academico y empresarial.
Compartir el foro en conjunto con especialistas, doctorados en econom铆a, administraci贸n, analistas financiero y mas profesionales, fue un enorme honor, saber que les gusto nuestra ponencia y que se encuentren interesados en participar con nosotros en proximos foros me hace sentir que vamos en buen camino
Tengo que resaltar que lastimosamente no contabamos con ningun recursos de HIVE para llevar a cabo este evento, aspiramos que en un futuro no muy lejano dispongamos del material necesario para mejorar la experiencia y visi贸n de las personas sobre Hive. Sin embargo la situaci贸n jamas nos quito las ganas de trabajar, ya que este proyecto se convirtio un proyecto para muchos y rendirse no es una opci贸n y jamas lo sera.

El trabajo que hemos ido realizando fue progresivo, entablamos nuestras bases de forma s贸lida y concreta a la hora de establecer nuestros objetivos SMART para tener un alcance realista sobre nuestras ideas y aspiraciones.
Cabe destacar que nuestra experiencia y conocimiento en empresas, administraci贸n, marketing y an谩lisis jugaron un papel fundamental a la hora de saber a donde queremos llegar y tomar las decisiones mas acertivas para seguir creciendo como comunidad, la pregunta que mas pregunt谩bamos entre nosotros era, 驴como implementar estas ideas de la forma correcta seg煤n como se espera?.
Seg煤n mi punto de vista, el Art铆culo de @lordbutterfly nos permitio tener mas respuestas para tomar mejores decisiones del camino que se desea recorrer.
Nos armamos de valor, con las herramientas y conocimientos necesarios para realizar mejores proyectos y foros, y nada mejor que hacerlo en el Teatro principal del Estado Sucre al frente de miles de profesionales, desconocidos y personas que estan por aprender sobre el ecosistema HIVE y la web 3.0.
Uno de los objetivo es promover Hive donde es completamente desconocido, demostrar lo que es capaz la blockchain de Hive para la introducci贸n de nuevos hivers y ense帽arle a las personas como ser parte de ello.
El uso de la Web 2.0 para promover la web 3.0
El marketing de Hive no es solamente destinado a Hivers, es por ello que el marketing es dirigido a personas que desconocen este sistema, llevandolos a investigar, innovar y pensar sobre este proyecto Hive, donde uno de los fines es que este destaque a mayores niveles para el continuo crecimiento y desarrollo del mercado HIVE y la publicidad de este nuevo sistema innovador.
Hacer uso de las plataformas de la Web 2.0, como herramienta para hacer crecer la Web 3.0 es un factor publicitario de importancia para la atenci贸n de nuevos usuarios.
El Art铆culo de @taskmaster4450 seg煤n mi punto de vista, nos relata la importancia del desarrollo y crecimiento de la web 3.0, una nueva tecnolog铆a creada para la sociedad en general, donde se tiene mucho camino por recorrer, pero con el aprendizaje y constancia las expectativas pueden ser cumplidas a un futuro no muy lejano.
Haciendo un peque帽o an谩lisis de este punto en el Estado Sucre, Cuman谩, El trabajo por fomentar la #hiveadopcion es un factor de gran valor, el ense帽ar a las personas el uso y desenvolvimiento dentro del ecosistema Hive es imprescindible para que el nombre de HIVE quede impregnado en sus vidas como una nueva forma de uso pero a su vez que sea un aspecto cotidiano en sus vidas, es decir, que al momento de que hayan nuevos mercados de criptomonedas o monedas virtuales, ya sean medios alternativos centralizados u otras blockchain con caracter铆sticas similares a Hive, las personas, negocios y empresas prefieran seguir siendo parte de Hive como la primera opci贸n y la mas confiable.

Es por ello que desde un analisis tecnico del Art铆culo de @demotruk, nos explica con datos la situaci贸n actual 2023 de Cuman谩 como uno de los puntos donde hay mas concentraci贸n de Hivers.
La gran mayoria de usuarios Venezolanos se unieron a Hive debido a que encontraron una gran soluci贸n y forma de resolver diversos problemas de gran relevancia.
La situaci贸n de Venezuela es un tema bastante pol茅mico y conocido alrededor del mundo, los habitantes buscan dia a d铆a innovar seg煤n sea la disponibilidad financiera que posean, y han visto a Hive como esa oportunidad, ya sea desde impulsarse desde un aspecto social como creadores de contenido o publicitario, como medio de promoci贸n de investigaciones y aprendizaje, programadores en busca de desarrollar nuevas ideas, entre otras de miles habilidades que pueden ser aprovechadas al maximo con las multiples plataformas que existen en el ecosistema de Hive.
Hive ofrece nuevas oportunidades a los nuevos usuarios, y los usuarios tienen la capacidad de llevar a cabo estas labores desde un aspecto descentralizado, c贸modo, seguro y eficiente.
En Venezuela hay diversos Estados del pa铆s cuya calidad de vida son mas deficientes en comparaci贸n con otros, obligando a la mayor铆a de personas amoldarse seg煤n sea el alcance economico que dispongan.
Desde un enfoque administrativo, las empresas se rigen por las tendencias y formas de mantener sus comercios e ingresos econ贸micos e inversiones de forma estable, en este caso, El Estado Sucre ha sido partidario de usar multiples sistemas de comercio en contra de la devaluaci贸n e inflaci贸n, con el fin de poder ahorrar, reinvertir y financiar el crecimiento de sus negocios, se usaron metodos efectivos como la adopci贸n de criptomonedas y establecoins que obtuvieron una aprobaci贸n desde un punto de de vista de medio plazo de tiempo, debido a la gran mayor铆a de los consumidores que no dispon铆an de estas nuevas formas de pago.
Debido ha estos nuevos sistemas financieros, obtuvieron como resultado un metodo de pago eficaz, pero a su vez obsoleto por la falta de informaci贸n y uso por parte del consumidor.
Es por ello que la correcta gerencia debe de poseer una correcta eficiencia y eficacia de los organismos encargados del Marketing, foros, y ense帽anzas del ecosistema Hive, es decir, que posean una mejor gerencia a la hora de entablar metodos estrategicos para la masificaci贸n del ecosistema Hive y demostrar los multiples beneficios de la blockchain a un p煤blico nuevo y lleno de ideas.

La innovaci贸n en el marketing, conferencias, guias informativas y asesorias ha sido una gran soluci贸n para el desarrollo y soluci贸n a esta problem谩tica, en este caso, el ciudadano sucrense. Abordando el tema desde a simple vista, se ha tenido resultados de crecimiento exponencial, es decir el crecimiento de Hivers sera constante siempre y cuando la tendencia HIVE en el Estado Sucre se aproveche al maximo con la #hiveadopcion.
La #hiveadopcion es fundamental.
