If you went thorough this, you know exactly how it feels being in that situation. Your family, relatives, and everyone will be happy when they get the news of having a job. Finally, you get the job. It feels like you have a new life.
You talk about whether a job can make him financially secured or not, it does not mean anything who is looking for a job badly. When that person gets the job, slowly he understands how much a job makes him financially secured.
Nowadays most students prefer to do a government job. Why? There are many reasons like respect, social status, career, and security. Job security is one of the most important things that a candidate's top priority.
In case anything happens, and you are doing a private job, the company can make a decision quickly and lay off some employees. On the flip side, if you do a government job, you usually do not face anything like this. The government will pay your salary in time. You are sure that you have a job and you will get your salary every month.
But are you financially secured having a job? What we see recently is, the price of goods and services increases very quickly. You get increment and earn more money from your job. But that cannot keep up with the inflation. You are losing purchasing power consistently. If you are rich, you may not face that much problem. But people who are in middle class and do a job, they are going through a really tough time.
Your fiat currency depreciate against the dollar. The way your fiat currency loses its value recently, that's scary. Whatever you are going to do, you have to spend more money for that. You will not have problem if your income increases accordingly. You can afford to buy food, oil, clothes and other necessary items. Unfortunately, having a secured job cannot make you financially secured these days.
So how can you deal with this situation?
You have to manage your finances. There is no alternatives to this. You need to make more money, start saving and making investment. You may hold dollars for the time being since your fiat currency loses it value against dollars. When you take control of your finances, you can deal with this situation.
