RE: Review of @dbuzz Onboarding Funnel + Delegating 50% of My Resource Credits

Resonator is happy to donate thousands of ACTs to projects that need them. However, there is currently no way to transfer them. Maybe we can get a transfer feature added to the next update to the core chain, any comment @howo or @blocktrades? thanks
