PGM - My Favorite Engagement+ Token!

PGM is hosting a challenge to encourage those who support this amazing tipping token stoke us to powerup more PGM. Here is the description, from @zottone444 himself:

To participate in the event you only need to do two things

Make a post/video
Use the tags #pgm and #pgmpowerup
Make a minimum power up of 50 PGMs or more

There will be prizes, too, of course:

The prizes will be as follows and will be drawn according to the quality of the posts we will evaluate:

1st 1000 PGM delegates + 5 HIVE
2nd 750 PGM delegates + 4 HIVE
3rd 500 PGM delegates + 3 HIVE
4th/10th 100 PGM delegates + 2 HIVEs

The delegation will last one month, and that is super exciting for those of us who really love to read posts and upvote all the amazing stuff people are sharing on Hive, Ecency, LeoFinance, PeakD, and all the other cool venues. I am one of those people! I really enjoy reading posts, learning about new projects, being reminded about cool projects that I got excited about awhile but are now launching or prepping new phases (hello #Muterra and #Exode)!

So, I would obviously like to receive one of these prizes, but I want to share in this post why I am excited to power up more PGM even if I get dead last place in this contest.

Listing everything you can spend your time and attention on in Hive would be exhausting. In fact, my distractible brain seems to be in constant scrounge-for-liquidity-to-deploy mode as I discover one cool project after another. But scrounging to add more to my PGM stake is a NO-BRAINER!

Let me count the reasons why:

  1. It is a tipping token, so with a small initial stake you can use the !PGM command to show your appreciation for good posts that make you happy (especially about gaming). Your tip delivers some PGM, and a number of other tokens that change over time, such as DEC, STARBITS, and right now SQM
  2. Is is an engagement token...YOUR engagement! At 500 staked PGM, you also receive a share of the tip! Not only are you sharing your love of great content, but you are building your Hive Dream while you do it!
  3. With increased staking, you can use the !PGM command more often. I have 1,000 PGM staked which means I can tip 10 times each day. My next goal (for someday!) is 5,000 PGM staked so that I can tip 15 times each day. Yes, the staking thresholds get harder and harder to meet, but that is extra fair to smaller wallets like mine!
  4. @zottone44 is inventive, energetic, and endlessly positive in how he is developing this project. There are contests, new partners, and all sorts of support from him both via the PGM program itself and also in his engagement in the platform and support for other cool projects through contribution of PGM to LPs and through adding new tokens that need some visibility to the PGM tipping command. So Cool!
  5. Because I am still building my stake I have not tried this, but you can burn PGM in order to receive upvotes to your content. This is cool, but a little scary for me because I am definitely in PGM-hoarding mode. I actually think I have never even once sold a PGM.!
  6. And of course we have contests and challenges like this - make sure to check out the PGM Powerup post to find easy wasy to share and directly be rewarded with PGM tokens!

Look for this symbol wherever you do your PGM-Powering-UP!

Well, this is a lot of enthusiasm, but am I ever going to actually power up? Yes!
I had to sell some precious tokens in order to get my 50 for this challenge, so I am quite excited to get on with it:

Click it! CLIIIICCCCKKKK IIIIIIIITTTTT!

I clicked it!

I do hope that you participate in this challenge - PGM is super awesome! And if you do, good luck on winning a nice delegation from @pgm-curator Whatever you do, don't be shy about using that !PGM command on posts you love - everyone wins with PGM! :)

Thanks for reading, I hope you might consider following me. I post on pack openings, ways shrimps like me can earn a little crypto, projects I love, and occasionally on movies and TV that I like. 🙏
