The last few months for DeFi have been really fruitful. Looking at the capitalisation charts of the entire Decentralised Finance sector, we can see that it is creeping upwards and promises no end. Hive can benefit from this. First and foremost, the value of the network can grow on this when investors come to place their funds here.
For some time now we have been able to make money by investing liquidity in LPs on the Hive Engine. Rewards have been added to some pools in the form of tokens we have invested or BEE, the native HE token. By going to the BeeSwap page and then to the Swap and Pools tab we can see what pools have rewards and what their value is.
On the popular DeFi sites we usually get paid in the form of the platform's native token. It looks very similar on Hive. At the moment maybe not the minus but a small inconvenience for DeFi and mainly LP on Hive is that some pools have very little liquidity and it often happens that when we want to exchange some less popular token there is either no suitable pool or the whole liquidity oscillates around a few hundred dollars and we cannot make larger transactions.
These aspects are of course to be improved, these are not issues that block someone from investing, after all, this is only a young and small market in the whole ecosystem of Hive in general. There are currently two dollar related pools that have a system to reward users. These pools are BEE:SWAP.BUSD and BEE:SWAP.USDT. In both cases now the BEE token reward pool is identical but the higher annual interest rate is with the USDT pair. And such a potential investor could invest in such BEE:SWAP.USDT and can count on daily dividends while expanding the range of opportunities offered by the Hive Engine and liquidity pools. Very important is the fact that all these transactions will not cost us a single dollar in contrast to ETH or other blockchains.
I have been watching the pools on Hive for a long time and using them daily and I am amazed at how much potential there is all the time in this blockchain. These all sorts of aspects are, in my opinion, just the incentive for investors who would like to check out the possibilities of this blockchain and fund it with a proper budget.
