In my opinion there's too many platforms this area has become too saturated and you need to be really careful if you're trying to nail the right one. I don't believe all of them will survive because I've been in this space for 5 years and I've seen coins like EOS going down and it was the biggest threat to Ethereum back then. NEO was also doing good.
I'm not gonna be adding more platforms for this sole reason. Every platform wants to do the same become WEB 3.0 the new internet blah blah, but in reality they're not much different from the rest. I also don't believe in what Polkadot is doing with parachains and bridges, I think bridges and sidechains are extremely vulnerable to attacks and not yet proven to work
i think it's made for software developers but is not user friendly enough for your avg Joe to use it, it's too confusing
Imo any of these top 50 ranked platforms can succeed how you gonna know for sure you're in the right one. It's like playing a lottery
I also have my biased opinion that every platform ranked over 3 billion marketcap is overpriced. Because most of them are close to being testnets. They dont have enough transactions on the network, not enough active accounts, they rely mostly on "partnerships" and shilling .
