Cortamos en trozos pequeños los vegetales y la mortadela, colocamos un sartén a fuego medio, añadimos un pequeño chorro de aceite, esperamos unos minutos a que caliente y freímos el huevo, luego lo retiramos del sartén, añadimos el ajo y dejamos sofreír hasta que dore, luego agregamos el resto de los vegetales, debemos ir mezclando constantemente mientras los mismos se sofríen y sueltan sus jugos, en este punto podemos añadir un poco de sal para ayudar a la deshidratación de los vegetales. >Cut the vegetables and mortadella into small pieces, place a frying pan over medium heat, add a small jet of oil, wait a few minutes for it to heat up and fry the egg, then remove it from the pan, add the garlic and let it fry until golden brown. Es momento de condimentar al gusto, en mi caso solo añadiré media cucharada de especias mixtas o adobo, media cucharada de salsa de soya y una cucharada de salsa de ostras, este último ingrediente añade ese toque tan característico de la comida asiática, así que recomiendo utilizarlo, luego debemos mezclar muy bien hasta integrar todos los ingredientes por completo. >It is time to season to taste, in my case I will only add half a tablespoon of mixed spices or marinade, half a tablespoon of soy sauce and a tablespoon of oyster sauce, this last ingredient adds that touch so characteristic of Asian food, so I recommend use it, then we must mix very well until all the ingredients are completely integrated.
