Greetings and welcome dear readers of this prestigious platform and especially to all those who make daily life in the community of greater economic relevance associated with the blockchain world, referring to @leofinance.

As we all know hearing the term blockchain extrapolates us to the world of cryptocurrencies, when the reality is that this sophisticated process can interrelate with different areas of our daily lives.

For which we must understand that bockchain, is a type of accounting technologies, scalable, decentralized and digitized, which allows the storage of data packets associated with commercial exchanges who are called nodes.

A process that provides its users with reliability, security, speed, transparency and data scalability. In this sense, through these lines of writing we will focus on the integration process between blockchains and healthcare institutions or the medical field specifically.

As a methodological process, we can assume as an example of social and technological integration carried out by Estonia, who have made use of blockchain to support all health data in the country, this integration provides them with principles of scalability and immutability of data, so that any process that is executed is recorded and validated by the nodes which increases the transparency of the process.

Under this process, healthcare systems acquire considerable advantages including:

1. Robust data infrastructures, as those associated with the blockchain enable security protocols and protection of collected data.

2. Transparency and veracity, since the record of each process allows them to be analyzed and verified with the purpose of detecting inconsistency in the backed data.

3. Thanks to the accumulation of supported information, it allows medical research groups to evaluate any pathology that may arise and that has not been evaluated and treated.

4. Transparency and accessibility of data, where doctors can obtain information about their patients anywhere and at any time, which makes the procedures faster and without intermediaries.

As can be seen, there are great advantages that blockchain technology provides when implemented in the healthcare system of any country, which is why this integration would allow a dynamic, intelligent, fast and user-oriented healthcare process.

Therefore, we must think in transition, hence countries like Spain have decided to implement this sophisticated mechanism, through the MiPasa project that more than being a financial system based on Blockchain, allows to store and address key and timely information associated with the advances in the matter of the Covid-19 pandemic in general.

The MiPasa project is supported on IBM's blockchain protocol, which allows synthesizing a large amount of data through a timely and user-friendly process to detect insistence and correct errors in the face of Covid-19 advances.
