Sé que les he traído variedad de recetas de quesillo especialmente inventadas por mi mamá y yo, es que aprovechamos la oportunidad de tener los ingredientes y agregar otros para preparar un postre tan rico como este. En esta ocasión íbamos a preparar un quesillo súper tradicional como lo solemos hacer aquí en Venezuela, sin embargo, se me ocurrió la idea de comprar una piña para hacer la preparación y usar varios trozos de piña como de adorno. Papá y yo somos súper fanáticos del quesillo, por eso el compró los ingredientes para poder disfrutar de este quesillo. De verdad que quedó sabroso, entre lo dulce y lo ácido por la piña, de igual manera sigue siendo una combinación perfecta. Además es una buena opción como postres para esas tardes del día donde se te antoja un dulce, es que el quesillo ha sido un postre donde su contextura es tan suave. De vez en cuando mamá y yo inventamos recetas como estas fuera de la tradicioal para ver como queda y en mi humilde opinión quedo divina. It was tasty, sweet, and sour from the pineapple, but still a perfect combination. > It is also a good option as a dessert for those afternoons of the day when you crave a sweet treat, because quesillo has been a dessert where its texture is so soft. From time to time mom and I invent recipes like these out of the tradition to see how it turns out and in my humble opinion it is divine. This time, my mom and I made the pineapple quesillo.

Primeramente preparamos el caramelo ya que es lo más importante del quesillo para que quede bien. Comenzamos a hervir el azúcar a baja llama revolviendo hasta que se vuelva caramelo. Luego preparamos el jugo de piña. Picamos en trozos pequeños la piña, lo colocamos en licuadora, lo colamos y se saca la medida del pote de leche condensada para que no quede muy espeso. > First we prepare the caramel since it is the most important part of the quesillo for it to look good. We start to boil the sugar at low flame stirring until it becomes caramel. >Then we prepare the pineapple juice. We chop the pineapple into small pieces, put it in a blender, strain it and take the measure of the condensed milk from the pot so that it is not too thick.

Ya cuando esté todo estos ingredientes en la licuadora, procedemos a licuarlo y lo ponemos a 1 hora en baño de maría. Finalmente tendremos un sabroso quesillo de piña, fácil y rápido de hacer. Por último para decorar, le agregamos pequeños trozos de piña. A veces he pensado en montar un emprendimiento para vender quesillos, quizás me motive algún día, por los momentos me gusta mucho compartir las recetas aquí en Hive para ustedes y lo puedan hacer.
