Ragnarok Considerations + DUAT Tokens Claimdrop: Step By Step Guide
I have many interests and many passions in my life and two of my passions are blockchain-based games and Hive.
I have decided to play and invest on several blockchain based games and in my choice I have always given priority to games built and developed on the Hive blockchain because I consider Hive the ideal platform for the development and growth of gaming projects because Hive is:
- completely decentralized
- very fast (3 second block speed)
- has no transaction costs.
I am an active player of Splinterlands, Rising Star, Dcrops, Dcity, Ape Mining Club, Hashkings.
I've also invested in projects that don't have a playable game yet but are in development such as PsyberX, BANG!Defence, Muterra, Ehon.
One of the most anticipated games on the Hive blockchain is Ragnarok and I'm looking forward to trying it out as well.

What is Ragnarok
Ragnarok is an NFT-based open-source gaming project in development and therefore not yet playable.
Ragnarok will be primarily a play-to-earn strategy game as announced by the development team in the Game Design Document
Ragnarok wants to be the most advanced skill-based game in existence. People with lesser stats but greater skill can prevail. This game will stretch the limits of your creativity and mental capacity.
I love strategy games so I am very happy with this particular feature of Ragnarok.
Another special feature of Ragnarok is that it will combine a Trading Card Game with two of the most famous skill games:
- the Chess
- and Texas Hold'em.
In fact the main playing area will be a chessboard where 10 characters/elements represented by the NFT of the game will move and fight.
The game starts as a typical game of Chess, except there are only 10 pieces, 5 pawns, and one of each type of back piece, King, Queen, Bishop, Knight, and Rook. Each player has their own side of the board with their respective pieces, which have their own movement patterns. Each piece is a class and has its own set of core abilities, strengths, and weaknesses.
Each deck will require a minimum of 10 NFTs to complete and must consist of the following combination of NFTs to be used in game battles:
- 1 King
- 1 Queen
- 1 Bishop
- 1 Knight
- 1 Rook
- 5 Pawns
While Ragnarock's play area and gameplay will have affinities with the game of chess the game structure will be inspired by No-Limit Hold 'em Poker.
No-Limit Hold 'em Poker is the framework of the game.
I really like the development idea behind the game of Ragnarok.
Although it is not yet possible to play Ragnarok it is possible to claimdrop DUAT tokens. In the future, DUAT tokens can be exchanged for RCT tokens (Ragnarok Claim Tokens) which will allow to receive NFT of the game based on the following conversion mechanism:
112 DUATs = 1 RCT = 1 Ragnarok NFT
Today I made the claimdrop of the DUATs tokens and I thought I would make the claimdrop work easier for my readers by writing a step-by-step guide where I show all the steps I made today.
Ragnarok: DUAT Tokens Claimdrop
- Step By Step Guide -
The Ragnarok development team has made two options available for making the DUAT token claim:
- Option 1: via the https://ragnaroknft.info/ website.
- Option 2: via the Dlux site at the following address:
https://vue.dlux.io/dex/?api=https://inconceivable.hivehoneycomb.com#duat
Claim from https://ragnaroknft.info/
Making the claim from https://ragnaroknft.info/ is the easiest method because it requires few steps especially using Hive Keychain.
If you have the Hive Keychain extension installed in your browser:
- 1. you have to click on the two keys symbol as indicated by the arrow number 1 in the following picture
- 2. then you have to click on CONFIRM inside the Hive Keychain window (arrow number 2 in the following image)
That's it, the claim process is really very simple and you only need two clicks to make the claim and receive the confirmation message!
At this point you can view the amount of DUAT tokens you have received at the following address: https://ragnaroknft.info/stats
If you don't have Hive Keychain you can use HiveSigner as an alternative:
- 1. you have to click on the shield symbol as indicated by the arrow number 1 in the following picture
- 2. then you have to click on Continue in the next screen (arrow number 2 in the following image)
On the next screen (Hivesigner) you need to:
- 1. enter your Hive Username
- 2. enter your Private Posting Key
- 3. click on Login
Note: If you check Save and encrypt your login information with a password you can choose to create a password to access Hivesigner. This way, in your next Hivesigner logins, you will be able to use the password you chose instead of having to enter your private keys.
In the next screen you have to click on Approve as indicated by the arrow in the following image.
You can view the amount of DUAT tokens you have received at: https://ragnaroknft.info/stats
Claim from DLUX
The alternative to Claim from https://ragnaroknft.info/ is claim via DLUX:
- 1. you have to go to https://vue.dlux.io/dex/?api=https://inconceivable.hivehoneycomb.com#duat
- 2. then you have to click on Login as indicated by the arrow in the following image.
- 3. a screen will open where:
- 3.1 you have to enter your Hive username (arrow number 1 next image)
- 3.2 you have to click on the + symbol (arrow number 2 next picture)
- 3.3 you click on the X in the upper right corner as indicated by arrow number 3 in the following image
In the next step:
- 1. you have to click on the box containing the words Claim and an image of a gift package (arrow number 1 in the following image).
- 2. then you have to click on Claim as indicated by arrow number 2.
- 3.** finally you have to click on CONFIRM inside the Hive Keychain screen and you will receive the confirmation message of the Claim.
After making the claim you will see the amount of DUAT tokens you have received and you can choose to keep them or transfer them to another account.
Operation completed! Easy, isn't it? ;)
What to do with DUAT tokens?
DUAT tokens are a real gift for those who have believed and invested time or money in the Hive blockchain.
Hive is my favorite blockchain project and in three years I have never done a Power Down and have always done Power UP.
From the claim I made today I received 21703 DUAT tokens.
Today April 22, 2022, two days after Claimdrop, the DUAT tokens have a value of:
- 0.006100 = 0.005648 (Highest Bid).
- 0.015000 = 0.013889 (Lowest Ask)
I could choose to sell my DUAT tokens to receive a minimum of 132.38 HIVE (Highest BID) or a maximum of 325.545 HIVE (Lowest Ask) but that is not the choice I have decided to make.
My decision is only one: HODL! HODL! HODL!
With my 21703 DUAT tokens I will receive 193.77 RCT tokens which will allow me to receive 193 NFT of Ragnarok.
I really like the game idea behind Ragnarok and see a lot of potential in this game, and I can't wait to receive my 193 cards so I can use them in game battles.
The DUAT token claim is just one of the latest airdrops that have been reserved for Hive users. In fact in the past there have been other airdrops and since the number of projects under development on the Hive blockchain is growing there will probably be many other airdrops in the future and for this reason if you are not a Hive user I suggest you to become one ;)

Are you not a Hive user?
If you are not a Hive user and don't know the world of blockchains you have two options:
You can continue to be a simple number, a simple source of data and wealth for centralized projects like Facebook & Co. without receiving anything or almost anything in return.

Cos'è Ragnarok
Ragnarok è un progetto di gaming open-source basato su NFT in fase di sviluppo e quindi non è ancora giocabile.
Ragnarok sarà soprattutto un gioco di strategia play-to-earn come annunciato dal team di sviluppo nel Game Design Document

Amo i giochi di strategia e quindi sono molto contento di questa particolarità di Ragnarok.
Un'altra particolarità di Ragnarok è che unirà un Trading Card Game a due dei più famosi giochi di abilità:
- gli Scacchi
- il Texas Hold'em
Infatti l'area di gioco principale sarà una scacchiera in cui si muoveranno e combatteranno 10 personaggi/elementi rappresentati dagli NFT del gioco.

Ogni deck richiederà un minimo di 10 NFT per essere completo e per poter essere utilizzato nelle battaglie di gioco dovrà essere composto dalla seguente combinazione di NFT:

Se l'area di gioco e il gameplay di Ragnarock avranno affinità con il gioco degli scacchi la struttura del gioco sarà ispirata al No-Limit Hold 'em Poker.

Mi piace tanto l'idea di sviluppo dietro al gioco di Ragnarok e non vedo l'ora di poterci giocare.
Anche se non è ancora possibile giocare a Ragnarok è possibile fare il claimdrop dei token DUAT. In futuro i token DUAT potranno essere scambiati con i token RCT (Ragnarok Claim Tokens) che a loro volta permetteranno di ricevere gli NFT del gioco in base al seguente meccanismo di conversione:

Oggi ho effettuato il claimdrop dei token DUATs e ho pensato di aiutare e facilitare l'operaione di claim ai miei lettori scrivendo una guida passo passo in cui mostro tutti i passaggi che ho effettuato oggi.
Ragnarok: DUAT Tokens Claimdrop

Il team di sviluppo di Ragnarok ha reso disponibili due possibilità per effettuare il claim dei token DUAT:
- Opzione 1: tramite il sito https://ragnaroknft.info/
- Opzione 2: tramite il sito Dlux al seguente indirizzo:
https://vue.dlux.io/dex/?api=https://inconceivable.hivehoneycomb.com#duat
Claim from https://ragnaroknft.info/
Fare il claim da https://ragnaroknft.info/ è il metodo più semplice perchè richiede pochi passi soprattutto utilizzando Hive Keychain.
Se hai installato nel tuo browser l'estensione Hive Keychain:
- 1. devi cliccare sul simbolo delle due chiavi come indicato dalla freccia numero 1 nell'immagine seguente
- 2. poi devi cliccare su CONFIRM all'interno della finestra di Hive Keychain (freccia numero 2 immagine seguente)
Tutto qui, il procedimento di claim è davvero molto semplice e sono necessari solo due click per effettuare il claim e ricevere il messaggio di conferma!
A questo punto puoi visualizzare il quantitativo di token DUAT che hai ricevuto al seguente indirizzo: https://ragnaroknft.info/stats
Se non hai Hive Keychain puoi utilizzare in alternativa HiveSigner:
- 1. devi cliccare sul simbolo dello scudo come indicato dalla freccia numero 1 nell'immagine seguente
- 2. poi devi cliccare su Continue nella schermata successiva (freccia numero 2 immagine seguente)
Nella schermata successiva (Hivesigner) devi:
- 1. inserire il tuo Hive Username
- 2. inserire la tua Private Posting Key
- 3. cliccare su Login
Nota: se metti il segno di spunta su Save and encrypt your login information with a password puoi scegliere di creare una password per accedere ad Hivesigner. In questo modo, nei tuoi successivi accessi ad Hivesigner, potrai utilizzare la password che hai scelto invece di dover inserire le tue chiavi private.
Nella schermata successiva devi cliccare su Approve come indicato dalla freccia nell'immagine seguente.
Puoi visualizzare il quantitativo di token DUAT che hai ricevuto al seguente indirizzo: https://ragnaroknft.info/stats
Claim from DLUX
L'alternativa al Claim da https://ragnaroknft.info/ è il claim tramite DLUX:
- 1. devi andare su https://vue.dlux.io/dex/?api=https://inconceivable.hivehoneycomb.com#duat
- 2. poi devi cliccare su Login come indicato dalla freccia nell'immagine seguente.
- 3. si aprirà una schermata in cui:
- 3.1 devi inserire il tuo nome utente su Hive (freccia numero 1 immagine seguente)
- 3.2 devi cliccare sul simbolo + (freccia numero 2 immagine seguente)
- 3.3 devi cliccare sulla X in alto a destra come indicato dalla freccia numero 3 nell'immagine seguente
Nel passo successivo:
- 1. devi cliccare sul riquadro contenente la scritta Claim e l'immagine di un pacco regalo (freccia numero 1 immagine seguente)
- 2. poi devi cliccare su Claim come indicato dalla freccia numero 2.
- 3. infine devi cliccare su CONFIRM all'interno della schermata di Hive Keychain e riceverai il messaaggio di conferma dell'avvenuto Claim.
Dopo aver fatto il claim visualizzerai il quantitativo di token DUAT che hai ricevuto e potrai scegliere se tenerli o trasferirli ad un'altro account.
Operazione completata! Facile vero? ;)
Cosa fare con i token DUAT?
I token DUAT sono un vero e proprio regalo per chi ha creduto e investito tempo o denaro nella blockchain di Hive.
Hive è il mio progetto blockchain preferito e in tre anni non ho mai fatto un Power Down e ho sempre fatto Power UP.
Dal claim che ho effettuato oggi ho ricevuto 21703 token DUAT.
Oggi 22 aprile 2022, dopo due giorni dall'inizio del Claimdrop, i token DUAT hanno un valore di:

Infatti in passato ci sono stati altri airdrop e dato che il numero dei progetti in fase di sviluppo sulla blockchain di Hive è in continua crescita con molta probabilità ci saranno tanti altri airdrop in futuro e per questo motivo se non sei un utente di Hive ti consiglio di diventarlo ;)
