Decentralized Finance or DEFI is a solution based on blockchain technology that seeks to offer open and flexible solutions as an alternative to the financial system. The main objective is to make the conventional financial elements gain in transparency, ease of use and decentralization.
Within the DEFI world I had the experience of interacting with a special platform, let me relate my experience with PancakeSwap.
But, what is PancakeSwap?
It is a decentralized exchange platform that allows the exchange of existing tokens within the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) network. Its operation is based on a series of automated smart contracts deployed in the BSC, Binance's own blockchain.
With PancakeSwap we can obtain passive income with cryptocurrencies. Through the staking functions:
- Yield Farming
- Syrup Pools

El objetivo principal es hacer que los elementos financieros convencionales ganen en transparencia, facilidad de uso y descentralización.Dentro del mundo DEFI Tuve la experiencia de interactuar con una plataforma en especial, permítanme relatar mi experiencia con PancakeSwap.¿Pero, qué es PancakeSwap?Es una plataforma de intercambio, descentralizada que permite realizar el intercambio de tokens existentes dentro de la red Binance Smart Chain (BSC). Su funcionamiento se basa en una serie de smart contracts automatizados desplegados en la BSC, la blockchain propia de Binance.Con PancakeSwap podemos obtener ingresos pasivos con las criptomonedas. A traves de las funciones de staking:
* Yield Farming
* Syrup Pools
How does PancakeSwap work?
For there to be liquidity, or what is the same, for there to be funds in the DEX, users need to contribute it. This is done through the liquidity pools between pairs of tokens. These Pools are the ones that in turn generate the rewards for the staking of our assets.
My experience with PancakeSwap
I was able to access the platform through MetaMask*, TrustWallet, [although there are other means for using PancakeSwap, I personally consider these to be the most effective and comfortable]. The best option is Metamaks, which allows you to add the BSC blockchain quickly and easily.

The platform is very intuitive and user-friendly. PancakeSwap have a large community in different social networks, highlighting Twitter, Telegram, which are always willing to help new users with questions that arise when starting.
Is PancakeSwap safe?
A smart contract may have certain security holes that can be violated and therefore allow the theft of tokens. Fortunately, PancakeSwap has different security and protection elements that make it more robust to this type of attack compared to other DEFI platforms.
I personally think that PancakeSwap is only as safe as the user who uses it.
You should always be attentive to smart contracts that are signed within any DEFI platform. It goes without saying that the use of MetaMask must be of the utmost care and your Private keys must not be shared with another person.
Your private keys should always be under your protection!
I have been using PancakeSwap for about a year and luckily I have never had any setbacks regarding it as one of the safest and most stable defi platforms.
"CAKE" is the main Token of the platform, it is a very stable asset, it runs on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) and is listed in different Exchanges including Binance.

¿Cómo funciona PancakeSwap?
Para que exista liquidez, o lo que es lo mismo, para que existan fondos en la DEX, se necesita que los usuarios la aporten. Esto se realiza mediante los pools de liquidez entre pares de tokens. Estos Pools son los que a su vez generan las recompensas por el staking de nuestros activos.
Mi experiencia con PancakeSwap
Pude acceder a la plataforma mediante MetaMask* , TrustWallet, [ aunque hay otros medios para el uso de PancakeSwap personalmente considero que estos son los más efectivos y comodos ]. La mejor opción es Metamaks, que permite agregar la blockchain de BSC de manera rápida y sencilla.

La plataforma es muy intuitiva y amigable con el usuario. PancakeSwap tienen una gran comunidad en distintas redes sociales destacando Twitter, Telegram los cuales siempre están dispuestos a ayudar a los nuevos usuarios con las dudas que se presenten al iniciar.
¿Es PancakeSwap segura?Un smart contract, puede tener ciertos agujeros de seguridad que pueden ser vulnerados y por consiguiente, permitir el robo de tokens. Afortunadamente PancakeSwap tiene diferentes elementos de seguridad y protección que la hacen más robustas a ese tipo de ataques en comparación a otras plataformas DEFI.
Personalmente pienso que PancakeSwap es tan segura como el usuario que la utiliza.Siempre se debe estar atento a los contratos inteligentes que son firmados dentro de cualquier plataforma DEFI. De Más está decir que el uso de MetaMask debe ser de sumo cuidado y sus llaves Privadas no deben ser compartidas con otra persona.
Tus llaves privadas, siempre deben estar bajo tu resguardo!
Llevo usando PancakeSwap por alrededor de un año y afortunadamente nunca he tenidos contratiempos, conciderandola como un de las plataformas defi mas seguras y estables.
“CAKE” es el Token principal de la plataforma, es un activo muy estable, corre en la Binance Smart Chain (BSC) y esta listado en diferentes Exchanges entre ellos Binance.
