SplinterGlossary: Guild Hall
Guild Hall limits the maximum number of members allowed in the guild and the maximum level of all the other guild buildings.
A first-level guild starts with a maximum of 15 members. A guild with a maxed Guild Hall (level 10) can have twice as many players - 30.
