Yep, it's deffo weird. It makes you wonder who runs credit scores, I dont think it's the government. Either both private and government bodies can be paid to put regulations in place.
Big banks might have set up credit scores to make it look like they it's a raking system and you get a high score, you gotta use there products. Prob wrong but could be like that.
