Hello LBIer's and those interested, today we have a look into LBI 1st first weeks earnings and holding report.
Weekly Reports
This is our first week of reporting so everything is effortless and easy to understand, our earnings are coming from only from 3 places and our holding consist of 2 assets. As time goes by and we add more sources of income and our holdings increase into other assets you will see the reports and charting evolve.
Week 1
The earning we have made over the past 7 days are actually 8 days worth of payments because we got 2 payments from contract_tokens last Saturday. This happens every 23 days because contract_tokens pays out every 23 hours. Let's have a good at the numbers we have done.
Not bad for our first week considering we had set a target of 100 LEO per day. If we remove the double payment from last Saturday, we still earned more than 100 LEO per day on average. I think we can do an average of 125 LEO per day as we are still increasing LEO POWER every day from issuing fresh tokens. Here is a breakdown of where our earnings came from for our this week.
If we were paying out dividends, this weeks pool would be 461 LEO which works out to roughly 0.25 LEO per 100 tokens held. It's not a large dividend but as each new LBI token is issued, the earning power of each other token already in circulation decreases and we are issuing a lot of tokens as it is a fresh project. We that said, 0.25(dividend)/100(investment)*52.18(weeks per year) = 13% dividend yield per year.
There is a lot of growth potential for earnings, we are only producing content and curating at the minute, the bare minimum. We have to explore, wLEO LP, gaming, leasing, subsidiary projects and much more. I dont see any reason why we can not be earning 2000 LEO per week with the next year. If the LEO price increases to $1+, my prediction would change, haha. We could put it another way and say, LBI could be earning almost $1000 per week within a year if everything falls into place.

HOLDINGS
There's even less to report for holdings with LBI only holding LEO and HIVE POWER. This is the plan and we are powering every single LEO and HIVE we are earning to help build a stronger foundation for earnings. We will continue to power up 100% of all earnings until dividend payments begin.
We have earned a few CTP, Neoxian and Palnet tokens from post payouts and converted them into HIVEp. This is will be transferred to the HIVE wallet and powered up to be delegated over to leo.voter.
As over 99% of our holdings are in the form of powered up LEO, the chart below is not that interesting to look but at the same time, you might never see it like this again as holding in other things increase.

Here is a 1st week of the weekly LEO growth chart. A new bar will added every week to mark to the total value of all of LBI's assets combined. We hope that the total value of our holdings will only increase over time as everything is valued in LEO. Today total holdings are valued at just under 184k LEO.

WRAP-UP
We did 920 LEO in our 1st proper week and we have just started out. Targeting 1000 LEO for next week and then we'll take it from there. Increasing our powered up LEO is number 1 priority for these next few weeks, remember all LEO powered up can be considered as good as out of circulation.
We are still issuing a decent amount of tokens every day so next weeks total holdings value is likely to be over 200k. The LBI wallet currently holds 3.11% of LEO in circulation are 4.11% of staked LEO. Whatever ever we view it, it's a butt-ton of LEO
I am personally pleased with the results. The content rewards are growing and manual curation is working out perfectly with our voting power never going over 95% and never under 80% meaning no voting power wastage. I look forward to next week and what we will earn.
