Primer ejercicio, realice un excelente movimiento para fortalecer los bíceps y hombros realice 4 series de 15 repeticiones.

Tercer movimientos, en esta ocasión trabaje un poco mis bíceps realizando curl bíceps en el cual combine con vuelos para tener enfoques en los hombros, lo realice en 4 series de 15 repetición.
