Como mencioné antes, estas panquecas son parte de mis desayunos, con la compañía de una taza de café caliente, de esta forma he disminuido los carbohidratos a la hora de comer, antes era mas lo que consumía, poco a poco iré reinventado nuevas recetas saludables para que no se haga tedioso. ☺️
