The year just started and it's already been quite busy. Most of my the week has been spent trying to prepare for school especially financially. I would say that it's been going quite well and I'm glad I spent the holidays working my butt off. The weekend is no different. I spent almost the entirety of Friday working really hard so there really isn't much to say about that day. I even tried to watch a movie but I just had a lot of work to do and I could not ignore it On Saturday, I gave myself a little break. I worked for a couple of hours before going to the gym in the evening. I find that working out really helps me with stress and just makes me feel good. Sometimes I may just feel like I won't be able to lift a particular weight range until I get to the gym and I have this unexplainable surge of energy. It's insane. Saturday is leg day for me so I hit legs. I also did some sets on the bench press, some triceps pushdowns and heavy curls. The ladies love the biceps after all. On Sunday, I decided that I needed to go to church. I hadn't been to church in a while and I was feeling kinda guilty. This was the first Sunday of the year and I just couldn't miss the service. So yeah I went to Church and it was cool. Unfortunately I forgot to take some pictures. I'm really trying to get into the habit of taking random shots more often. It's not something I normally do. After service, I got home and rested before picking up the school assignments from last year. I have classes on Monday (a couple of hours) so I really need to make some progress in these assignments. After the holidays, my brain is not what it used to be so it would take some time to get back to my regular math-solving self. Well, I did the assignments as much as I could before I decided to make some food. I live alone so I just cooked some spaghetti the fastest way I could. Don't get me wrong, it's actually a really nice recipe and the spaghetti tastes really good. I ate and watched the last episode of Bojack Horseman. I'll probably be late for the first class because I will be staying up late tonight but it's just the first class and the first class is always just course introduction. In other words, it's no big deal. I will be done with university by December and given that this is my last year, it's going to be really tough. So, this is basically the last weekend I have to relax without much worries. I'm just glad that I've been able to get enough money for the next two months and a little extra. So, after spending most of the weekend working, I think I deserve to slack off a little. That's all for today. I really hope your weekend was better than mine.
