Tenia varios días sin escribir porque estaba con una fuerte virosis, lo que me impedía realizar uno de mis pasatiempos preferidos que es preparar postres. Gracias a Dios me encuentro mucho mejor y estoy de regreso para compartir la elaboración de una deliciosa torta de cambur o bananas caramelizada. Les comparto el paso a paso de este rico postre. 📝 Ingredientes: ● 🍌 4 Cambures o Bananas maduras ● 2 Cdas soperas de Aceite ● 1 Taza de azúcar ● 3 Tazas de harina de trigo cernida ● 🥚4 Huevos ● 1 Cdta de vainilla ● 1 Taza de leche 🍥Para el Caramelo: ● 1 Taza de azúcar blanca. 👩🏻‍🍳 Preparación: 1.- Pelamos los cambures, dos de ellos los cortamos en tajadas de forma transversal y el resto en trozos.

2.- En un molde o tortera colocamos la taza de azúcar, llevamos a la hornilla y cocinamos a fuego mínimo sin remover, hasta que el azúcar se derrita y comience a tomar ese color ámbar o caramelo que nos agrade. Apagamos y esparcimos el caramelo por todo el molde, incluyendo sus paredes. Colocamos las tajas de cambur en el fondo y reservamos.

2.- Place the cup of sugar in a mold or pan, put it on the stove and cook at minimum heat without stirring, until the sugar melts and begins to take that amber color or caramel that we like. Turn off and spread the caramel all over the mold, including its walls. Place the slices of cambur on the bottom and set aside.

3.- Partimos los huevos y separamos las yemas de las claras, batimos las claras a punto de nieve y reservamos.

4.- En el vaso de la licuadora agregamos los trozos de cambur con la leche y procesamos. Incorporamos las yemas de huevos, vainilla, azúcar y aceite. Batimos hasta integrar bien.

5.- Pasamos la mezcla a un bowl y agregamos las tres tazas de harina de trigo cernida. Integramos con una paleta de madera. Para finalizar agregamos las claras a punto de nieve y mezclamos de forma envolvente, hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.

5.- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the three cups of sifted wheat flour. We integrate with a wooden paddle. Finally, add the egg whites until stiff and mix in an enveloping manner until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

6.- Agregamos la mezcla al molde y llevamos al horno por 30 minutos a 180°c o hasta que al introducir un palillo este salga limpio. Retiramos y desmoldamos caliente para evitar que el caramelo se endurezca.

6.- Add the mixture to the mold and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°c or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove and unmold warm to prevent the caramel from hardening.

7.- Dejamos reposar y cortamos para degustar de una rica y doradita torta de cambur como merienda.
