With that title very different from the original in English, the film Spell of Time, starring Andie MacDowell and Bill Murray, was released in my country in 1993. It is also true that later on, they changed that title to the real one: “Groundhog Day”.
Who would suppose that almost 30 years later and as a true spell of time, a little animal is also rodent and quite similar to the marmot, although a little smaller, would cause a cryptocurrency called HAM (precisely because of the nice hairy one with big teeth ) will jump more than 450% in one day.
Just as Phil, the famous groundhog from the town of Punxsutawney predicts the arrival of spring and quite accurately according to what they say, Mr. Goxx, a friendly hamster named after Mt.Gox, one of the first cryptocurrency exchanges, for a time never tires of predicting behaviors and quotes of other digital currencies and apparently with excellent results.
But there is also a couple of news that, without detracting from the now-famous rodent, could have made it possible for the crypto HAM to rise 450% in a short time compared to bitcoin and Ethereum to name only the stars of the sky, the first starring him the ineffable owner of Tesla, Elon Musk, who a few days ago tweeted something like "This hamster (by Mr. Goxx) has the great ability"; the second reference was given (when not) by Jack Dorsey, the CEO of Twitter himself who responded to a tweet from a user where he mentioned that the main threat to Ethereum was Dogecoin, with an enigmatic but effective “HamsterCoin”.
Without detracting from the merits and abilities of the now-famous Mr. Goxx, I believe that the publications of such powerful and influential characters of today are what effectively caused the fanaticism for the HAM token.
Like in the movie Spell of Time, I would like to go back just one day and buy a lot of HAMs.
Con ese título muy diferente del original en inglés, se estrenó en mi país en el año 1993 la película Groundhog Day protagonizada por Andie MacDowell y Bill Murray. También es cierto que más adelante le cambiaron ese título por el verdadero: “el día de la marmota”.
Quien iba a suponer que casi 30 años después y como un verdadero hechizo del tiempo un animalito también el un roedor y bastante parecido a la marmota, aunque un poco más pequeño, provocaría que una criptomoneda llamada HAM (precisamente por el simpático peludo de dientes grandes) saltara más de un 450% en un día.
Así como Phil, la famosa marmota del pueblo de Punxsutawney predice la llegada de la primavera y bastante exactitud según cuentan, Mr. Goxx, un simpático hámster llamado así en honor a Mt.Gox, uno de los primeros exchanges de criptomonedas, desde hace un tiempo no se cansa de predecir comportamientos y cotizaciones de otras monedas digitales y aparentemente con excelentes resultados.
Pero también hay un par de noticias que, sin restarle méritos al ahora famoso roedor, pudieron haber posibilitado que la cripto HAM subiera en poco tiempo un 450% respecto al bitcoin y al Ethereum para nombras solo las estrellas del firmamento, la primera protagonizada por el inefable dueño de Tesla, Elom Musk, quien hace pocos días tuiteo algo así como “Este hámster (por Mr. Goxx) tiene una gran habilidad”; la segunda referencia fue dada (cuando no) por Jack Dorsey, el propio CEO de Twitter quien respondió a un tuit de un usuario donde mencionaba que la principal amenaza para Ethereum era Dogecoin, con un enigmático pero efectivo “HamsterCoin”.
Sin restarle méritos y habilidades al ahora famoso Mr. Goxx, creo que las publicaciones de tan poderosos e influyentes personajes de la actualidad son los que efectivamente provocaron el fanatismo por el HAM token.
Como en la película Hechizo del tiempo, me gustaría retroceder tan solo un día y comprar muchos HAMs.
