This is brilliant Fave, I'm very sure a lot of people would benefit from this if they get to read this.
Indeed the newbies Initiative have changed so many lives and sometimes I just want to wonder what my live on hive would have been without that program. It made me most of the hiver that I am and I'd also advise anyone to delve into it as well.
