I always say it, the best way to solve something is to avoid it, no matter what it is, since mainly when we talk about something to solve, it refers specifically to negative moments where we want to recover our previous state and that is supposed to be better.
Several examples of this that I mean refer to medical problems that could have been avoided, deterioration of objects that we use frequently because we have used them in a way that was not correct, as well as knowing what to do if our investment has a bad performance, but I refer to the knowledge that this can happen and knowing what to do before it happens.
When we have to solve something and we do not know how to do it, by logic we are going to make a mistake with a high probability, in the same way that someone who already knows what to do, because he has already lived it before or because he already knows what to do from the experience of others, is going to make fewer mistakes and may have a better result than someone who is learning (first experience).
But this is not the only thing that happens with someone who does not know what to do, but someone who has lived it before can also feel a lot of stress or even forget their knowledge because of an emotionally charged situation and depending on what has to be solved, it can be life or death.
There are many ways in which solving in the moment is the worst idea we can have, because the probability of mistakes is very high, and the same reason why there are trainings in cases of natural disasters in schools and other places that can have many people in a given moment, so if they have that precaution, we could also with those things that we consider important.
Having a protocol or even an idea of what to do when something happens can be something that makes the difference between a negative outcome and a positive one.

Siempre lo digo, la mejor manera de solucionar algo es evitándose, sin importar que sea, ya que principalmente cuando hablamos de algo por solucionar, se refiere específicamente a momentos negativos donde queremos recuperar nuestro estado previo y que se supone que es mejor.
Varios ejemplos de esto que quiero decir se refieren a problemas médicos que pudieron haberse evitado, deterioro de objetos que usamos frecuentemente porque los hemos usado de una manera en que no era la correcta, como también a través de saber qué hacer si nuestra inversión tiene un desempeño malo, pero me refiero al conocimiento de que esto puede pasar y saber que debemos hacer antes de que ocurra.
Cuando tenemos que solucionar algo y no sabemos como hacerlo, por lógica vamos a cometer un error con una alta probabilidad, de la misma manera que alguien que ya sabe lo que tiene que hacer, porque ya lo ha vivido antes o porque ya sabe que tiene que hacer por la experiencia de otros, va a cometer menos errores y puede tener un mejor resultado que alguien que está aprendiendo (primera experiencia).
Pero esto no es lo único que ocurre con alguien que no sabe lo que tiene que hacer, sino que alguien que ha vivido eso antes también puede sentir mucho estrés o incluso olvidar sus conocimientos por una situación emocionalmente cargada y que dependiendo de lo que se tenga que solucionar, sea de vida o muerte.
Existen muchas maneras en que solucionar en el momento es la peor idea que podemos tener, porque la probabilidad de errores es muy alta, y la misma razón por la que existen entrenamientos en casos de desastres naturales en las escuelas y otros sitios que pueden tener a muchas personas en un momento determinado, por lo que si ellos tienen esa precaución, nosotros tambien podriamos con aquellas cosas que consideramos importantes.
Tener un protocolo o incluso una idea de qué hacer cuando algo ocurre, puede ser algo que haga la diferencia entre un resultado negativo y uno positivo.
