As professionals or experts in something we have a lot of knowledge and experience in something in which we differ from the rest and the reason why we can be hired to do some specific job and not for another, but there is also another training that can be very valuable but that only we can see and not necessarily be hired for this.
For example, I am a psychologist by profession but an investor by vocation, and both things have trained me in different soft skills that I can enjoy today, as in the case of psychology that besides knowing everything that has to do with that profession, I am able to have a good conversation with someone when I am interested, as well as knowing when to close the conversation, and this can make me influence the people I talk to in favor of what I want them to think of me, and it is not necessarily something that we sell in a direct way.
On the other hand, as an investor I have learned to see patterns of behavior, and not just in the markets, but in other things in the world like politics, macroeconomics or even history, which makes me see the world in the form of big cycles and small cycles that keep running, and this makes me able to take preventative measures or measures that make me profit.
This same logic can be seen with other professions that we do not necessarily have to learn in a university, but we have to learn them and execute this knowledge for a long time to be able to see what this knowledge and experiences do in us to be able to differentiate ourselves from those people who do not do what we do.
It is interesting to see how people are built based on many things other than childhood, because we are changing and getting better or worse over time and many variables that come together to create who we are at a specific point in our history.
Many times it is these soft skills that we acquire over time that make us have an advantage or disadvantage for success in something we want to achieve.

Como profesionales o expertos en algo tenemos muchos conocimientos y experiencias en algo en lo que nos diferenciamos del resto y la razón por la que podemos ser contratados para hacer alguna labor en específico y no para otra, pero también existe otro entrenamiento que puede ser muy valioso pero que solo nosotros podemos ver y no necesariamente ser contratados por esto.
Por ejemplo, yo soy psicólogo por profesión pero inversionista por vocación, y ambas cosas me han entrenado en distintas habilidades blandas de las que puedo disfrutar hoy en día, como el caso de la psicología que además de saber todo lo que tiene que ver con esa profesión, soy capaz de tener una buena conversación con alguien cuando me interesa, como también saber cuando cerrar la conversación, y esto puede hacer que influya en las personas con quienes hablo en favor a lo que quiero que piensen de mi, y no necesariamente es algo que vendemos de forma directa.
Por otro lado, como inversionista he aprendido a ver patrones de comportamiento, y no solamente en los mercados, sino en otras cosas del mundo como la política, macroeconómica o incluso historia, lo cual hace que vea al mundo en forma de ciclos grandes y ciclos pequeños que se mantienen en funcionamiento, y esto hace que pueda tomar medidas de prevención o medidas que me hagan tener beneficios.
Esta misma lógica se puede ver con otras profesiones que no necesariamente tenemos que aprender en una universidad, sino que tenemos que aprenderlas y ejecutar estos conocimientos por un tiempo largo para poder ver lo que estos conocimientos y experiencias hacen en nosotros para poder diferenciarnos de aquellas personas que no hacen eso que hacemos.
Es interesante ver cómo las personas somos construidas con base en muchas cosas más que la infancia, porque vamos cambiando y mejorando o empeorando a través del tiempo y muchas variables que se unen para crear lo que somos en un punto específico de nuestra historia.
Muchas veces son estas habilidades blandas que adquirimos con el paso del tiempo, las que hacen que tengamos ventaja o desventaja para el éxito en algo que queremos conseguir.
