This one needs no input or participation requirements per si (except the minimum cards and playing rising start to avoid some exploitation). It will giveaway when the target is met on the pool.
So basically what I am saying is, the more volume people move through that pool, the faster the target will reach and hence I will then do draw the card. =)
It's going much slower than I anticipated, but I have a few more incentives under the hood.
This is also to incentivize people to explore defi on Hive-Engine. Which is an almost worry free market in my view at the moment. At least for the big things.
