Pensé que alcanzaría mi completa felicidad al tener mi casa propia y mi familia, una vida tranquila y hogareña donde atender a mis hijas hasta que estas fuesen grandes independientes y exitosas, la idea de mi propio hogar donde todo fuese como lo quería sin molestar a nadie y al mismo tiempo poder recibir la visita de mis padres en mi nuevo hogar y que fuera parte presente en mi familia conformada, esto sucedió temprano conocí a quien sería el padre de mis hijas y con esfuerzo logramos hacer una casa para nuestra familia, ya los 21 años me mude a mi casa con mi primera hija y mi esposo. Para mi la felicidad en sí no era la propiedad física de la casa, sino la sensación de crear mi propio hogar y todo lo que esto implica, una familia constituida sobre principios de honestidad amor, solidaridad, respeto, incluso algo que siempre quise fue un esposo que no tomara alcohol o no provocara problemas de ese tipo y eso era lo que más me gustaba de mi esposo, que era un hombre muy recto que nunca tomaba alcohol, eso garantizaba en parte la felicidad de mi hogar.

I thought that I would achieve my complete happiness by having my own house and my family, a quiet and homely life where I could take care of my daughters until they were big, independent and successful, the idea of my own home where everything was as I wanted without bothering anyone. and at the same time being able to receive visits from my parents in my new home and to be part of my formed family, this happened early I met who would be the father of my daughters and with effort we managed to build a house for our family, and the 21 years old I moved into my house with my first daughter and my husband. For me, happiness itself was not the physical ownership of the house, but the sensation of creating my own home and all that this implies, a family built on principles of honesty, love, solidarity, respect, even something that I always wanted was a husband who didn't drink alcohol or didn't cause problems of that kind and that was what I liked best about my husband, who was a very upright man who never drank alcohol, that partly guaranteed the happiness of my home.

Mi felicidad no es que duro poco, de hecho no deje de ser feliz, pero algo paso que me hizo cuestionar mi felicidad, esto fue la muerte de mi madre cuando yo tenía unos 27 años, es decir, mi mamá murió 6 años después de que yo tuve a mi casa y mis hijas tenían 6 y 2 años, fue muy poco el tiempo que tuve con mi mamá en esos años , es decir en esos seis años yo recibía la visita de mi mamá y trababa de atenderla lo mejor posible, ella estaba feliz de ver mis hijas pequeñas e involucrarse en su crianza, para mi recibir a mi mamá en mi casa era como la manera de demostrar mi amor y retribución por tanto que había hecho por sus 10 hijos, que ella viera como yo tenía mi propio hogar y familia y que ella pudiera ser parte de esta, ella era bienvenida todo el tiempo que quisiera, pero comencé a sentirme mal y muy triste cuando ella murió porque sentí que ella no disfrutó de las frutas maduras de la vida, que cuando sus hijos mayores como yo comenzamos a tener los recursos para que ella pudiera disfrutar una mejor vida ella se nos fue de este mundo tan rápido. Se que mi hogar era para criar a mis hijas porque esa era la motivación principal, pero me sentía infeliz cuando mi madre murió, me preguntaba de que me servía tener un hogar si mi mamá no me iba a visitar, esa era algo que me hacía poner mi felicidad en perspectiva, pensaba que no podía ser feliz con lo que no tengo, lo que no tenia era a mi mamá.

My happiness is not that it did not last long, in fact I did not stop being happy, but something happened that made me question my happiness, this was the death of my mother when I was about 27 years old, that is, my mother died 6 years after I had my house and my daughters were 6 and 2 years old, the time I had with my mother in those years was very little, that is, in those six years I received visits from my mother and I tried to take care of her as best as possible, She was happy to see my little daughters and get involved in their upbringing. For me, receiving my mother in my house was like the way to show my love and retribution for what she had done for her 10 children, for her to see how I had my own home and family and that she could be a part of it, she was welcome as long as she wanted, but I started to feel bad and very sad when she died because I felt that she did not enjoy the ripe fruits of life, that when her older children like me began to have the resources so that she could enjoy a better life she left this world so quickly. I know that my home was to raise my daughters because that was the main motivation, but I felt unhappy when my mother died, I wondered what was the use of having a home if my mother was not going to visit me, that was something that made me Putting my happiness in perspective, I thought that I couldn't be happy with what I didn't have, what I didn't have was my mom.

Por supuesto que con la fe en Dios y la oración, ocuparme de mis hijas sobre todo que me necesitaban y también mis hermanas y hermanos menores que necesitaban la fuerza familiar para seguir adelante, pude seguir disfrutando por así decirlo de la felicidad con lo que sí tenía, tenía al resto de mi familia y seguía teniendo mi hogar, llegó la resignación de la perdida, aceptar que ya mi mamá no estaba fue un proceso doloroso y largo, es duro aceptar que se puede ser feliz sin los seres amados, pero si se puede, seguí adelante, hoy ya no me acompaña mi esposo en vida pero tengo nietos, mis hijas mis hermanas y mi papá, aun tengo mi casa donde recibir a mis nietos, todo es un ciclo, las cosas materiales van y vienen, a veces hay épocas menos buenas que otras, pero en perspectiva soy una mujer feliz aunque esos seres amados ya no estén en vida física.

Of course, with faith in God and prayer, taking care of my daughters especially who needed me and also my younger sisters and brothers who needed the family strength to carry on, I was able to continue enjoying, so to speak, happiness with what I did I had, I had the rest of my family and I continued to have my home, the resignation of the loss came, accepting that my mother was no longer there was a painful and long process, it is hard to accept that you can be happy without loved ones, but if You can, I moved on, today my husband is no longer with me in life but I have grandchildren, my daughters, my sisters and my father, I still have my house where I can receive my grandchildren, everything is a cycle, material things come and go, sometimes Sometimes there are less good times than others, but in perspective I am a happy woman even though those loved ones are no longer in physical life.
