¿Tiene Venezuela el combustible más caro del mundo?
Para nadie es un secreto que durante décadas Venezuela ha venido atravesando una crisis política y económica, crisis que ha deteriorado el país de un modo impresionante, la decadencia es evidente por doquier, pero, no vengo a quejarme ni hacer una catarsis, sino, que el principal motivo a escribir estas líneas es la reflexión que ha venido rondando por mi mente hace ya bastante tiempo. Actualmente, a nivel nacional hay una crisis en el área del combustible, aunque hay vehículos eléctricos, la gasolina y el Diesel son lo que hacen posible el transporte en todo sentido.
Actualmente no hay un surtido de combustible como debe ser, solo son surtidas algunas estaciones de servicio de manera estratégica por la ciudad, así ocurre en Barquisimeto, ciudad ubicada al centroccidente de Venezuela. Así que hay filas de autos que se extienden por kilómetros y las personas puede pasar, 8, 10, 12 o más horas en la fila para poder surtir gasolina sus vehículos. Ahora bien, qué tiene que ver esto con el costo de la gasolina si eso depende de las autoridades gubernamentales ya que la empresa encargada de ello pertenece al estado venezolano, hablamos de PDVSA. Pues, tiene mucho que ver, ya que considero que el costo de la gasolina en mi país es la más costosa.
Según el website 20minutos.es estos son los datos de los diez países con la gasolina mas costosa:
- "Hong Kong. 2,713 euros.
- Siria (cifras no oficiales). 2,149 euros.
- Islandia. 2,147 euros.
- Mónaco. 2,076 euros.
- Noruega. 2,046 euros.
- Dinamarca. 2,022 euros.
- República Centroafricana (cifras no oficiales). 1,983 euros.
- Finlandia. 1,965 euros.
- Grecia. 1,940 euros.
- Francia. 1,925 euros."
Estos precios corresponden a un litro de gasolina y como pueden ver, allí no esta Venezuela y entonces ¿Por qué afirmo que Venezuela es de los paises con la gasolina mas costosa? Resulta que aunque el precio oficial de la gasolina en territorio venezolano es de $0,50 USD por litro, monetariamente hablando es mucho más barata que cualquiera de esos diez países antes mencionados.
Pero, en ninguno de esos países, tardas 8 o más horas para surtir de gasolina, es decir, que el precio real no equivale al costo monetario, sino al tiempo consumido en la espera por poder surtir tu vehículo de combustible. Les hablo de la relación Tiempo + Dinero = Gasolina

Ahora bien, creo que me comprendes estimado lector porque me atrevo a afirmar que Venezuela posee el combustible mas costoso del mundo, ya que no se compra con dinero solamente, sino, que además hay que pagar con tiempo. De modo que si posees un vehículo pequeño, de esos que poseen un tanque con una capacidad de apenas 40 Litros de gasolina, debes pagar $20 USD para llenar el tanque de reserva por completo y además pagar con tiempo, pongamos que sean solo 5 horas porque has tenido suerte, si dividimos 5 horas o 300 minutos entre 40 litros eso nos da un costo de 7.5 minutos por litro. Pero si tardas mas tiempo, el costo en minutos por litro aumenta.
Así que esto es un dato importante, el tiempo como moneda, aunque filosóficamente hablando el tiempo es la verdadera moneda con la que tranzamos y con la que hemos venido tranzando a lo largo de nuestra historia. Pero creo que esto es un contenido que me gustaría abordar con mas detalle y detenimiento.
Desconozco que protocolos si es que los hay que posea el estado para resolver este inconveniente, considero que, ya que la gasolina es controlada por el estado (en realidad todo lo energético en Venezuela se controla de manera centralizada por parte de estado) deberían tener un plan de acción para resolver y poder eliminar el tiempo del costo del combustible como cualquier país "normal" del mundo.
