Today I'm very happy! 22 day ago I started my LeoFinance journey and today I have achieved 2,600 LeoPower!
It has been a very busy week but I'm happy to share this news with you. This week we have been tirelessly working in the remodeling of the house, and we have made awesome progress. We finally have a kitchen, well it's almost done, and we also have painted many of the walls that needed some work. The bathroom located on the first floor needed a lot of work too and now it looks much better. As I said before we are selling this house, and we have many projects that we want to do with the money.
We want to buy a new car for my parents, make some modifications in my parent's house, build/adapt another place for my wife and me. With my part I plan to buy a better PC and also invest in crypto. It's not going to be a crazy amount of money, but I think that I can take a lot of advantage from this investment.

We love this house and if I had enough money I would buy it myself. The house belongs to my parents, and we have been living here since June of this year after we returned from Guadalajara.
My LeoFinance journey
It has been 22 days since I started to actively post and comment on leofinance.io. Every day I like using this UI more, and I am very happy to engage with this wonderful community. The first two weeks I was very active commenting and I achieved more than 130 comments on each week. This week I think I may not be able to beat this goal as I have been very busy with the house and also with the #cryptofinance initiative that @theycallmedan launched earlier this week. I have been buying LEO almost every day. I wanted to have some liquid LEO tokens for good trading opportunities but I decided to stake all the tokens because this way I can earn better curation rewards and I can also power down in just 4 weeks, in case I need to sell some tokens.
At the moment my HIVE account is worth around 1,000 USD and my LEO account is worth almost 580 USD. I think this is impressive, in a few weeks my LEO account is worth over 50% of my HIVE account which has taken me almost 3 years to build.
I'm still doing power down in my HIVE account. I may have to make a big payment to my bank in the beginning of the next month. While I'm still not sure, I'm preparing for the worst scenario and at the same time expecting the best outcome. If I don't have to make this big payment I will be able to buy more LEO and/or power up all that HIVE and resume the HIVE curation with my @aliento account.
According to the LEO richlist, I'm the 213th user with more LEO at the moment.
It has been a pleasure to participate in this community and I'm here to stay. I will make an effort to keep commenting and doing curation work. I will also help onboard more users. Thank you for all the support and thank you for reading!
