**Greetings, Hive!** Today I'm joining the Anime Blogging Challenge proposed by @kuronokenshi (you can see the details by clicking [here](https://peakd.com/hive-158489/@kuronokenshi/anime-blogging-challenge-participate-and-share-eng-esp)), which consists about talking about our experiences watching anime with some pretty interesting topics, I really like talking about anime with my friends and now in Hive it's like a giant conversation with a lot of great points of view. This was quite complicated for me because I watch anime practically since I can remember, and remembering exactly which was the first one I watched isn’t an easy task, I have vague memories of a lot of anime I watched in a channel called Locomotion, Inuyasha, Pokémon, and several of which I don't even remember the name, so I choose to talk about the ones I strongly relate to my childhood: Digimon, Yu-Gi-Oh! and Dragon Ball Z. # Yu-Gi-Oh!

One impact that The Legend of Zelda had on my life was that anything that had a visual resemblance to something from Zelda automatically caught my attention; in this case it was through a card called "The Celtic Guardian" used by our protagonist, Yugi Muto. This card bears a strong physical resemblance to Link, and for this reason alone I decided to watch Yu-Gi-Oh!. At first I didn't understand anything of what was going on, it seemed super complex all this card game stuff; however I really liked the cards designs so I decided to keep up.

As the episodes went by, I got more and more hooked to the point of becoming a fan of the franchise and having the cards in real life. Eventually I started to understand the card game and had several Yu-Gi-Oh! games on different consoles (Game Boy Advance, Nintendo Ds, Playstation 1,) and even a few months ago I was playing Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links on my cell phone, with updated mechanics and cards. The story of this anime is that Yugi Muto, our protagonist, completes an ancient Egyptian artifact known as The Millennium Puzzle, inside this artifact dwells the soul of an ancient Egyptian pharaoh (conveniently very similar to Yugi physically), this soul is released and begins to live with Yugi taking control of the duels when they become very difficult. Yugi has to engage in monster duels against a large number of opponents (including his rival, Seto Kaiba) in order to achieve the goals the plot needs, which can be: saving his friends, becoming the king of duels, saving the... world? With a card game? # Dragon Ball Z

Dragon Ball is one of the most popular anime in history and for good reason. Despite its not so logical plot, Dragon Ball is one of the pillars of the westernization of this Japanese art. Many of us knew and became fans of Japanese animation thanks to Dragon Ball, it’s an anime that doesn’t need to be analyzed too much, it’s simply fights and fights, the characters are so powerful that they can destroy the earth with a single blow. Even though nowadays Dragon Ball is not seen with the same eyes, I still have a huge appreciation for it to the point that I even liked Super, it is not my favorite but I enjoyed it and I was very excited to follow it while it was on the air.

The plot will always go this way: an enemy that is too powerful appears, the z warriors have to stop him, no one can, Goku gets a new transformation, and they beat him, the end. It's pretty straightforward, but everything in the middle of that premise is so exciting. # Digimon Adventure

I said it in the first post I made about anime, I say it here and I’ll surely say it later: Digimon Adventure was the one that got me hooked to anime. I think my love for this series is something personal, but just remembering it makes me happy. From its opening, its digievolutions, its characters, its music, its villains, everything in this anime was sublime for me back then. The plot was that, in a vacation camp, 5 children are swept away by a water current and fall into a mysterious world inhabited by some very strange animals. These animals are the Digimon, and each child will have a Digimon companion during the adventure. Our protagonists will have to go through endless difficulties to not only get out of the digital world, but also to save the real world and the digital world from imminent destruction. This anime touches on many typical shonen themes, but I think everything it does it does in a great way, it stays interesting without being pretentious and doesn't cover more than it can. ¡Saludos, Hive! El día de hoy me uno al Anime Blogging Challenge propuesto por @kuronokenshi (pueden ver los detalles haciendo click aquí), que consta de hablar de nuestras experiencias viendo anime con unos temas bastante interesantes, me gusta mucho hablar de anime con mis amigos y ahora en Hive es como una conversación gigante con un montón de puntos de vista excelentes. Esto me resultó bastante complicado ya que veo anime prácticamente desde que tengo memoria y recordar con exactitud cuál fue el primero que vi no es una tarea sencilla, tengo vagos de recuerdos de un montón de animes que veía en un canal llamado Locomotion, de Inuyasha, de Pokémon, y de varios de los cuales ni siquiera recuerdo el nombre, así que voy a optar más bien por hablar de los que relaciono fuertemente con mi infancia: Digimon, Yu-Gi-Oh! y Dragon Ball Z. # Yu-Gi-Oh!

Un impacto que tuvo The Legend of Zelda en mi vida fue que cada cosa que tuviera parecido visual a algo de Zelda automáticamente me llamaba la atención, en este caso fue a través de una carta llamada “El Guardián Celta” que usaba nuestro protagonista, Yugi Muto. Esta carta presenta un gran parecido físico a Link, y solo por esto decidí ver Yu-Gi-Oh!. Al principio no entendía nada de lo que estaba pasando, me parecía súper complejo todo esto del juego con cartas, sin embargo me gustaban mucho los diseños de las cartas así que decidí seguirlo.

A medida que pasaban los episodios me fui enganchando más y más al punto de volverme fanático de la franquicia y tener las cartas en la vida real. Eventualmente fui entendiendo el juego de cartas y tuve varios juegos de Yu-Gi-Oh! en distintas consolas (Game Boy Advance, Nintendo Ds, Playstation 1,) e incluso hasta hace unos meses estuve jugando Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links en mi celular, con mecánicas y cartas actualizadas. La historia de esta va de que Yugi Muto, nuestro protagonista, completa un antiguo artefacto egipcio conocido como El Rompecabezas del Milenio, dentro de este artefacto habita el alma de un antiguo faraón egipcio (convenientemente muy parecido a Yugi físicamente), esta alma es liberada y comienza a vivir junto a Yugi tomando rienda de los duelos cuándo se ponen muy difíciles. Yugi tiene que enfrentarse en duelos de monstruos contra una gran cantidad de adversarios (incluido su rival, Seto Kaiba) para así alcanzar los objetivos que la trama necesite, que pueden ser: salvar a sus amigos, convertirse en el rey de los duelos, salvar al… ¿mundo? ¿Con un juego de cartas? # Dragon Ball Z

Dragon Ball es uno de los anime más populares de la historia y con buena razón. A pesar de su no tan lógica trama, Dragon Ball es uno de los pilares de la occidentalización de este arte japonés. Muchos de nosotros conocimos y nos encariñamos a la animación japonesa gracias a Dragon Ball, esto porque es un anime que no hay que analizar demasiado, son simplemente peleas y peleas y los personajes son tan poderosos que pueden destruir la tierra de un solo golpe. A pesar de hoy en día Dragon Ball no se ve con los mismos ojos, le sigo teniendo un aprecio enorme al punto de que incluso me gustó Super, no es mi favorita pero si la disfruté y me emocionó muchísimo seguirla mientras estaba en emisión.

La trama siempre irá de que: aparece un enemigo demasiado fuerte, los guerreros z tienen que detenerlo, nadie puede, Goku tiene una nueva transformación, le ganan, fin. Es bastante sencilla, pero es todo lo que hay en el medio de esa premisa lo que emociona tanto. # Digimon Adventure

Lo dije en el primer post que hice sobre anime, lo digo aquí y seguramente lo diga más adelante: Digimon Adventure fue lo que me enganchó al anime. Creo que mi amor hacía esta serie es algo netamente personal, pero el solo recordarla me hace feliz. Desde su opening, sus digievoluciones, sus personajes, su música, sus villanos, todo en este anime era sublime para mí en aquel entonces. La trama era que, en un campamento vacacional, 5 niños son arrastrados por una corriente de agua y caen en un mundo misterioso habitado por unos animales muy extraños. Estos animales son los Digimon, y cada uno de los niños tendrá un Digimon acompañante durante la aventura. Nuestros protagonistas tendrán que pasar por un sinfín de dificultades para no solo poder salir del mundo digital, si no también salvar al mundo real y al mundo digital de la inminente destrucción. Este anime toca muchos temas típicos de un shonen pero creo que todo lo que hace lo hace de una manera genial, se mantiene interesante sin ser pretencioso y no abarca más de lo que puede.
