With the new AI technology, we saw these new tools also being created. Some of the tools like ChatGPT, have become a source for the scammers to distribute malware.

According to Meta's security team, they have found 10 malware families pretending to be ChatGPT and similar tools to compromise accounts on the internet.

These bad actors, spammers, scammers etc, have now moved to Artificial intelligence because AI has now become very popular on the internet among the people and they are being tried to exploit their excitement and imagination.

This is something you will probably see with any latest technology getting a good attention online across the globe. I have tried one of the Artificial intelligence tool in my browser extension after seeing in a YouTube video showing the features of it and how it could make things easy for you.

The tool does look to be okay to me, but what my point is, you may get a recommendation from someone either through a YouTube video, an online ad or any other source that may most probably make you downloading a malware as well.

This is why doing a due diligence is very important. You shouldn't be downloading anything blindly specially when you have an important on your PC, Smartphone or Laptop etc.

The Artificial intelligence industry is evolving rapidly and scammers seem to be knowing this. This is why there is a need to be vigilant.

Any thoughts?
