Hola de nuevo a todos los aficionados a este medio. Espero estén súper bien. Hoy les voy a comentar acerca de una comida que es muy apreciada por nosotros los lugareños del municipio Montes y otras regiones del oriente del país. En todos los ríos de la zona donde resido, incluyendo el Manzanares, existe una fauna bien identificada por nosotros ya que no es tan variada. Entre los peces que habitan se encuentran unos poco comunes y de aspecto casi prehistóricos conocidos como Guaraguaras. De éstas se pueden diferenciar varias especies y todas son muy apreciadas por su sabor característico nada parecido al de ningún otro pez. ___ >Hello again to all fans of this medium. Cuando son agregados a la sopa o sancocho de guaraguaras crea una experiencia culinaria inigualable. Este plato sirve para llenar de energía a quien lo pruebe y muchos afirman que su consumo posee efectos afrodisíacos. Luego se le agrega la sal, el aliño; principalmente ají y ajo y un poco de jugo de limón. La experiencia se convierte más placentera cuando el sancocho es preparado al fogón ya que el sabor mejora. Esta sopa generalmente suele prepararse a la orilla del río sobre tres piedras a manera de fogón improvisado.
