Plantain was one of the plants that I used the most in the treatment when I discovered its many uses. Plantain is useful for treating constipation, diarrhea, and high cholesterol levels. I have also known of its external use to heal wounds and skin lesions, acting as a powerful skin healer. Tambien he sabido de su uso exterior para curar heridas y lesiones cutaneas actuando como un poderoso cicatrizante de la piel. Esta planta es muy amigable porque crece en cualquier territorio, solo hay que atenderla con abundante agua para que se expanda y poder tener una gran cantidad. En caso de una herida el Llantén es capaz de detener la emorragia, se puede usar las hojas secas machacadas o tambien verdes y untarse en la parte afectada.
