The pob price for some apparent reason cannot break above that number what could it be there's only two dynamics that occurs into the market this buying and selling those are the only two transactions that can occur to move the price nothing else can happen nothing.

What is causing pob to not be able to break above and what is the buying or the selling exactly it's the selling there if the market in pob truly was strong there was enough buyers into the market the price would have went higher we are coming and approaching this you thinking that the market can go much higher.
We've been rejected into the market in pob around 28 cents the price in pob is finding rejection the market in pob so far the market looks decent it looks healthy it doesn't look like it wants to go down and if it does i'm still seeing support overall around 28 cents.
