Mis queridos amigos de la cocina, quedé fascinada haciendo granos porque es super sencillo y práctico para todos nosotros los que, particularmente, nos gusta tener las cosas adelantadas para solo calentar.

Claro, nada comparado con la comida recién hecha, pero en este caso, a mí me gusta cocinar los granos, quizás todo el paquete, y guardarlo para la semana (todo es cuestión de gustos).

En este caso, como ya aprendí a hacerlos, me atreví ahora con unos granos rojos. diríamos en mi país, ando "fiebrua" es decir, enviciada así como con una película o de ir a algún sitio, yo ando como loca preparando todos los granos que se me atraviesen.

Bueno mis queridos #Hivefoodies, he aprendido que cada grano tiene sus ingredientes específicos. también, puede pasar que no tengamos algunos en nuestra nevera, pero eso no nos puede limitar en hacerlo. Así, que si le falta igual puede hacerlo. Aunque si lleva uno especifico, si debemos colocarlo.

Por ejemplo, en este caso, el ingrediente que le da su sabor es el plátano maduro, no verde pero tampoco muy blando, un plátano firme porque va a hervir y puede deshacerse.

Mientras ellos hierven, entonces picamos nuestros vegetales sin el plátano ¿Por qué? porque el plátano es muy delicado y se pone negro rápido.

Cuando estén hirviendo casi blandos, entonces se agregan los vegetales y se dejan hervir una media hora más para que los granos tomen el sabor.

Después, aplicamos el plátano. Sí aún siguen un poco duras, entonces le puede colocar un poco de bicarbonato para ayudar su proceso. un toque de sal y orégano le imprime un sabor único a estas caraotas.

Se apagan y se dejan que, en su mismo calor, se termine de cocinar.

Resulta que estas caraotas, me las regalaron (para no entrar en detalles), pasaron ¡Dos días haciéndose! mi mamá le colocó bicarbonato, cucharas, fuego y más fuego y siempre estuvieron duras. Le coloqué los aliños dos veces porque se perdieron y el plátano tuve que reemplazarlo.

Cuando hablé con mis vecinos, me dijeron el mismo final: las colocaron en ollas de presión, en leña, entre otros trucos para ablandarlas y nada, seguían duras. esto se debe a que los granos no tienen una certeza de que saldrán duros o blandos sino hasta que se hacen. Así que solo se debe tener paciencia y que tome su tiempo para cuando esté listo, disfrutarlo.
