Bienvenidos a #EjerciciosEnCasa desde #hive y #fulldeportes. El día de hoy sin mucho preámbulo vamos al desarrollo de una parte importante de nuestro cuerpo. Hablamos de los brazos un eje primordial que debe ser fuerte y rápido en sus movimientos, y eso es lo que vamos a percibir con esta rutina, además de control, resitencia y equilibrio. Por allí está colado un ejercicio donde se potencian las piernas, pero sin duda que los brazos tienen su dosis. Vamos a la acción.

** 1. De pie, con una pierna hacemos la zancada frontal con brazos extendidos. Giramos el torso y brazos al mismo lado de la pierna que dio la zancada. Por ejemplo, si se inició con la pierna derecha, giramos a la derecha. 2. Volvemos a posición inicial. 3. Zancada con pierna izquierda y brazos extendidos. Plancha con apoyo en un brazo + apertura y cierre de piernas en velocidad

** Aunque con este ejercicio tenemos movimiento constante del tren inferior y por lógica se obtiene beneficio en esa zona, en sólo hecho de su ejecución con apoyo en un solo brazo, el mismo recibe tensión extraordinaria lo que permite desarrollar su fuerza. 1. Posición de plancha con piernas cerradas, apoyados en un solo brazo. La mano del brazo opuesto se coloca detrás de la cabeza. 2. En velocidad abrimos y cerramos las piernas por 20 repeticiones. 3. Adoptamos la misma posición intercambiando brazos. En este caso nos apoyamos en suelo, con el brazo que tenía la mano detrás de la cabeza. 4. Nuevamente en velocidad abrimos y cerramos piernas por 20 repeticiones más. ** 1. Posición de flexiones. 2. Hacemos la flexión, al subir despegamos una mano y tocamos el hombro opuesto, abriendo al mismo tiempo la pierna del lado de la mano elevada. 3. Ejemplo. Hacemos la flexión, al subir tocamos el hombro izquierdo con la mano derecha y abrimos la pierna derecha. Push-up with opposite shoulder touch + leg opening

Salto frontal en sentadillas + apertura de brazos hacia atrás

** Aquí el ejercicio colado que tiene énfasis en las piernas, pero de igual manera se tonifican los brazos. 1. De pie con piernas juntas y brazos extendidos hacia abajo. 2. De inmediato, hacemos un salto al frente abriendo piernas y cayendo en sentadilla. Al mismo tiempo del salto abrimos los brazos hacia atrás haciendo que el pecho se abra. 3. Front jump squats + arms spread back
