A mi personalmente me gusta hervir las hojas de la espinaca para que éstas queden bien limpias, esa manera se la explique a mi hija, aunque ella a veces opta por dejarlas por varios minutos en agua con vinagre cuando no tiene mucho tiempo, es otra buena opción, lo mismo hago con el calabacin incluso con la cascara del huevo, es importante lavar muy bien todos los ingredientes antes de consumirlos y así evitar cualquier malestar. Listo ese paso, ahora se procede a rallar el calabacin, a mi me gusta hacerlo por el lado de los agujeros mas grandes para que la tortilla quede con una consistencia mas gruesa, pero si deseas puedes hacerlo de la otra forma rallando por el lado mas pequeño. >We start preparing some ingredients, such as zucchini and spinach leaves. Entonces rompemos un huevo siempre de primero en un recipiente aparte para evitar accidentes, lo batimos bien hasta revolverlo todo y lo reservamos, luego tomamos una cantidad de calabacin rallado con nuestro puño y lo exprimimos bien para extraer todo el agua posible, esto evitara que la tortilla quede aguada y con una consistencia blanda. Y así continuamos con los demás ingredientes, la calabresa la cortamos en cuadros pequeños, aproximadamente 3 rebanadas, las hojas de espinaca también, lo suficientes ya que con el calor se tienden a reducir, y lo integramos todo junto con el huevo que revolvimos al anteriormente, a esta mezcla también le vamos agregar la pizca de sal y pimienta al gusto. >As I explained in the ingredients, for this omelet I will only use one egg, which is equivalent to one serving, that is, the size of the omelet can vary from small to medium, if you want your omelet to be of a larger size you can increase the amount of eggs without problem.
