as #projectblank coming in, and @khaleelkazi working 25 hours a day, besides answering the most common question, wen? we need also to cast our duty.
I've read a lot of posts that are eager to see #projectblank coming in and the rush of people at the gates to have a Hive account.
I think, I've read a comment by @acesontop, where he is also seeing that there is a lack of marketing. Not only that, but I see it as a lack of awareness towards the blockchain.
A lot of crypto loving people are not aware of Hive and are seeing it as #300 spot token in the marketcap ranking.
Yes, my friends that have poured a lot of money in crypto did not want to touch Hive and only have it, because I've donated it to them some.
They like it now, but they don't post or do something with it, just keep it dormant for the moment, but still see it as a good project.
One line that was used to promote #projectblank is the censorship resistance and that people that are banned on other social platforms shall join with their followers. On the one hand it might be a good idea, on the other hand it is dangerous to have as first wave the banned ones, as it will scare off most of the normal users that are the masses.
Difficult choice in here, I know, as we need a big spike at the start of #projectblank, where people shall bring others in because here are other people that they know and interact with.
This is one of the biggest challenges of #projectblank, getting the needed traction.
So, what can we do? The easiest way is to do a lot of publicity and maybe even a concentrated marketing campaign, like @nathanmars is doing on Twitter, where we target people with a good following to join Hive. That would be one of the first things, to focus on Twitter.
In the meantime to post on sites like noise.cash, Torum or publish0x about the new #projectblank and talk to individuals there. We need people that love crypto and don't earn that much by posting to join us. This shall be the first wave IMHO, because they have the reach in other spaces. OK, these persons and the ones from twitter that have a massive following.
What else can we do to make #projectblank go viral directly after the launch? We need the traction from the start, that is for sure.
