Hace unos años comenzaron a construir un edificio que hoy en día forma parte de la inspiración de muchas mujeres que gracias a las actividades y labores del proyecto que se inició con la construcción se prestó mucho apoyo a cada una de las mujeres que se iban contratando.

La líder del proyecto se hacía llamar Carolina, quien desde su infancia soñaba con dar educación a las mujeres para que no toleraran maltratos de ningún tipo en sus entornos del día a día.

¿Quién es Carolina? preguntan muchas personas que a diario pasan por ese edificio donde la mayor parte de los empleados son mujeres que se han desarrollado en cada puesto de trabajo que ocupan...para ello Carolina ideó un plan de trabajo que no solo tenía que ver con la producción sino también con la formación y desarrollo humano en cada mujer que fuera contratada, ella lo consideraba como su proyecto social de mucho rango que compite con las mas altas empresas de producción de la zona.

Le preguntan en las entrevistas que en qué basa su éxito, respondiendo de una manera muy sencilla : le doy valor a cada mujer que ingresa a mi empresa, independientemente de la formación académica que tenga es formada en educación emocional con el único fin de fortalecerla en los retos que le presente la vida porque los retos económicos van muy ligados a ellos y como debe manejarse sus sus diferentes actividades en el día a día. Es una Formación y Desarrollo que superviso muy de cerca.

La historia de Carolina según cuentan fue una niña que vivió maltratos por parte de su padre, ella y su madre escaparon de él comenzando una vida sin miedos ni atropellos. Carolina decidió prepararse y enfrentar muchos retos, crear y dar forma forma a su proyecto entre tantos altibajos porque como trabajo de grado no era muy aceptado.

Ella insistía que a la mujer había que dar mucha formación en el aspecto emocional para tener una vida saludable, su madre y ella trabajaron mucho, hicieron alianzas con otras empresas y organizaciones que se dedicaban a fortalecer estos puntos. Ella, insistía en tener su propia empresa para ver su proyecto idealizado hecho realidad.

Carolina, entre becas y ayudas monetarias de organismos logró prepararse académicamente logrando ser Doctora en Ciencias Gerenciales con una cantidad de recursos educativos para promover su proyecto. Allí sentada en su gran oficina después de tantas actividades observa a través de los ventanales un atardecer que le hace recordar porqué está sentada allí y como llegó a generar su emporio dedicado al crecimiento en todas las áreas de cada mujer que llegue a su empresa.

A few years ago they began to build a building that today is part of the inspiration of many women who, thanks to the activities and work of the project that began with the construction, provided a lot of support to each of the women who were hired.

The leader of the project was called Carolina, who since her childhood dreamed of educating women so that they would not tolerate mistreatment of any kind in their daily environments.

Who is Carolina? many people ask who daily pass by that building where most of the employees are women who have developed in each job they occupy... for this Carolina devised a work plan that not only had to do with production but also with training and human development in each woman who was hired, she considered it as her social project of high rank that competes with the highest production companies in the area.

She is asked in the interviews on what she bases her success, answering in a very simple way: I give value to every woman who enters my company, regardless of the academic background she has, she is trained in emotional education with the sole purpose of strengthening her in the challenges that life presents her because the economic challenges are closely linked to them and how she should handle her different activities on a daily basis. It is a Training and Development that I supervise very closely.

Carolina's story is told as a child who was abused by her father, she and her mother escaped from him starting a life without fear or abuse. Carolina decided to prepare herself and face many challenges, creating and shaping her project among so many ups and downs because it was not very well accepted as a degree project.

Carolina, between scholarships and monetary aid from organizations, managed to prepare herself academically to become a Doctor in Management Sciences with a number of educational resources to promote her project. Sitting there in her large office after so many activities, she observes through the windows a sunset that makes her remember why she is sitting there and how she came to generate her emporium dedicated to the growth in all areas of every woman who comes to her company.
