I'm running an offline business for about 10 years and I have always been very conservative in the way I was running it. As long as things were running smoothly, I didn't want to change anything at all. Then came the pandemia and my government implemented measures to protect the people.
These measures affected my business directly and I had no other chances than to implement them and adapt. During the last two years I have probably changed 8 times my whole business concept and I will have to change it again this week-end. I realized that with every change, my resistance to these changes were lower. I became more and more flexible with my mindset and got better and better in adapting to the new situations.
The pandemia taught me to be flexible in the mind
I would say that this flexibility and adaptability is a mindset that can be trained and I see a lot of parallels with the crypto world.
Adapt in the crypto world
In the crypto world things are evolving at a staggering pace and we can either decide to follow this development or stay stuck somewhere in it. I believe that we can only discover the potentials if we try to be flexible in our mindset and try to learn about the new things. We can't see the potential of things that we know nothing about!
It's maybe not possible to learn everything ourselves but we can share what we have learned and create content about it. This is a perfect way to grow and adapt as a community!
