El pilates contemporáneo es mucho mas flexible en organización, tiempo de ejecución y puede usar ejercicios de pilates clásicos y ejercicios de una clase de entrenamiento funcional. 6. El pilates clásico es un poco más celoso con el tema de la estructura de la clase, es así en todos lados como las clases de ballet. 7.
