>VERSIÓN ESPAÑOL Hola 👋 bienvenidos a un nuevo capítulo de "MI HISTORIA AL DESNUDO". En el capítulo anterior les hablé sobre la incertidumbre que continuaba entorno a la relación con mi esposa (ahora ex-esposa), y concluí diciendo que mis esfuerzos: "solo fueron intentos fallidos que dejaron como consecuencia la profundización de mi frustración y elevaron más los niveles de ansiedad y tristeza que ya venía sintiendo". Así que hoy les quiero relatar sobre el inicio de la búsqueda de solución para mis síntomas de ansiedad que venía experimentando cada vez más agudos; ya para el momento había estado presentando trastornos del sueño, agotamiento, taquicardias, agitación, sudoración, sensación de ahogo, y especialmente el síntoma de la desrealización, entre otros. Por esta razón pedí ayuda a la asociación de carácter religioso a la que pertenecía en aquel momento, para costear un método de auto-ayuda que encontré por internet denominado: "VIVE SIN ANSIEDAD", ofrecido por el español Erick Gutiérrez.

A continuación el registro en mi diario personal: 📌 Día 17 de enero de 2016 Hoy comienzo con el método y me comprometo a hacer todo lo posible, lo que dependa de mí, para curar por completo mi ansiedad, ya que si logro superar esto me esperan nuevas oportunidades en mi vida, así como retos, que estaría en la capacidad de enfrentar sin desestabilizarme. Hay gente esperando por verme seguir avanzando en mi tarea de proclamación bíblica (predicación), y además me gustaría unirme como voluntario al equipo de "VIVE SIN ANSIEDAD", para ayudar a otros. Vale la pena esforzarme por salir de esto porque si no mi vida misma está en riesgo, y no quiero morir antes de tiempo. Mis hijos, en especial Levy (mi hijo menor), me necesitan, y me esperan muchos momentos de compartir con ellos. Quiero tener nuevos motivos para vivir. Amén 🙏 Y que así sea en el nombre de Yeshúa. 📌Hasta aquí la cita de mi diario 📝🔚 Como pueden ver, en este registro de mi diario expresaba la esperanza naciente por estar comenzando la aplicación de un método de auto-ayuda para superar mis síntomas de ansiedad. El método implicaba comenzar haciendo el compromiso conmigo mismo de cumplir con todos los pasos y mantenerme perseverando sin abandonar a mitad de camino. Debía comenzar poniendo la mirada en todo lo que podría lograr y lo que me esperaba al final, en la meta. Es esa voz que nos susurra al oído que hay luz al final del túnel y que podemos encontrar la paz y la felicidad que tanto anhelamos. La esperanza implica confiar en ti mismo/a y en tu capacidad para cambiar. El primer paso para superar cualquier desafío es creer que es posible superarlo. En el caso de un trastorno de ansiedad, puede que en ese primer momento te resulte difícil imaginar una vida libre de ella, pero existen testimonios de vida, como el mío, de muchas personas que, como yo, hemos logrado superarlo. En los próximos capítulos les estaré compartiendo sobre los pasos dados durante el proceso de cumplimiento del método "VIVE SIN ANSIEDAD", y los efectos en mí tras su aplicación. Les hablaré, Dios mediante, sobre: - Ley de Causa y Efecto. - Auto-expectativas Positivas. - Auto-afirmaciones Positivas. - Auto-concepto y Amor Propio. - Aceptación - Comprensión - Solución...
