La cuarta fase del MCU en momentos pienso que no tiene sentido a pesar de que la idea de la existencia de un Multiverso se ha implementado en historias como Loki y No Way Home, pero en realidad está idea comenzó a rondar el MCU desde "Thor: The Dark World" y "Far From Home"; películas que pertenecen a la segunda y tercera fase, pero es en la nueva fase en dónde está idea se ha vuelto protagonista y que seguramente extenderá aún más el universo cinematográfico basado en Marvel Comics; la idea de múltiples mundos pareciera tener un desarrollo más extenso y de lo que fue las tres anteriores porque pienso que cuando sea el estreno de la segunda temporada de la serie del Dios de las Mentiras y el del tercer film de Ant-Man y The Wasp, es que tendrá más razón todo este plan de múltiples mundos y para eso debemos esperar hasta el año próximo cuando estos proyectos sean estrenados.

Cada vez se me hace más difícil disfrutar de las películas pertenecientes al MCU, creo que lo hecho tanto en los dos últimos films sobre "The Avengers" fue el pico máximo y tal vez sea difícil poder recuperar ese momento; sé que con el estreno de "No Way Home" y lo importante de ver en escena a tres versiones cinematográficas de Spider-Man significó para muchos algo que pueda superar lo visto en la unión de todos los héroes de Marvel en la final gran batalla, pero siendo sincero creo que estás películas en dónde el fan service representados en cameos o una escena post-crédito, es considerado lo más importante que el desarrollo completo de una historia y pienso que justamente la llamada "Fórmula Perfecta" de Marvel se pueda estar desgastando. Quiero dejar claro que tenía expectativas sobre esta secuela, porque la idea del director del primer film de Doctor Strange, Scott Derrickson, la cual era realizar el primera película de horror en el MCU era algo que me gustaría de ver, pero cuando renunció por indiferencias creativas se comenzaría de cero con un nuevo director y guionista; inmediatamente pensé que en vez de algo nuevo seguiríamos viendo un film bajo la fórmula Marvel Studios y eso hizo que mis expectativas nuevamente bajarán, pero al contratar a alguien como Sam Raimi, para dirigir está secuela, mi interés aumento un poco, aunque seguía teniendo pocas esperanzas de ver algo nuevo.
Si hay algo de que hablar bien sobre este film es del estilo que impone Raimi en algunas de sus escenas, creo que sí le hubieran dado libertad (más) para hacer un mejor villano, creo que hubiera creado un umbral difícil de superar en otras producciones, pero entiendo lo precavido en realizar escenas más fuertes, pero a parte de eso, hay muchas cosas por las cuales agradecer que este experimentado director decida nuevamente trabajar en un film basado en Marvel Comics; para quien haya visto "Evil Dead" o los dos primeros films de Spider-Man dirigidos por Sam podrán darse cuenta de lo que este director hizo para que está película tenga buenas escenas de suspenso y terror, aunque muy breves. Cuando él dirige en su estilo es lo mejor, cuando debe seguir el lineamiento de la fórmula es cuando todo cae, lamentablemente las escenas de acción son aburridas y tiene un nivel de show televisivo, no son las mejores, no son divertidas, es todo lo contrario, muy aburridas sin nada nuevo que demostrar y lamento que esto suceda porque había un gran potencial para hacer escenas impresionantes.

Después de ver WandaVision muchas personas,.más que nada acérrimos fans del MCU describían que la actuación de Elizabeth Olsen como una de las mejores que han visto en los primeros meses del año y que su participación en esta película era una evolución a mejor con respecto a su interacción como "Scarlet Witch"; personalmente su actuación en la serie, más que nada en el octavo y parte del último episodio de esa miniserie, me pareció mejor a lo que hizo en el film; sobre actuación y repetitivo, que tenga un nuevo maquillaje no la hace ser mejor actriz y creo que es una lastima porque pienso que Scarlet Witch tiene todo para ser una gran villana y anti-héroe dentro del MCU. Es impresionante como Benedict Cumberbatch puede hacer una actuacion sorprendente en "The Power of the Dog" y la vez hacer uno tan simple y aburrido como el de este film; creo que la forma de como "Strange" este sumergido en sus problemas sobre cómo volver a encaminar un camino amoroso con la mujer a quién ama, afecta por completo su relación no solo con otros personajes sino con la antogista de esta historia, no siento que haya un relación entre estos personajes y pienso que eso debió ser algo especial para que él como héroe desarrolle mejor el motivo que lo impulsa a salvar a otros mundos y asi mismo para superar sus propios problemas y en un futuro ser mejor; a parte de eso, pienso que Cumberbatch debe personificar a un personaje con muy poca humildad y por eso afecta su relación con héroes de otro universo que son pocos humildes como lo es él, esa forma de seguir escribiendo a este personaje como si por obligación debiera ser el nuevo "Tony Stark" me molesta un poco, me parece innecesario y eso afecta el trabajo de este buen actor.

It's impressive how Benedict Cumberbatch can do an amazing performance in "The Power of the Dog" and at the same time do one as simple and boring as the one in this film; I think the way "Strange" is immersed in his problems about how to get back on track with the woman he loves, completely affects his relationship not only with other characters but with the antogist of this story, I don't feel there is a relationship between these characters and I think that should have been something special for him as a hero to develop better the motive that drives him to save other worlds and also to overcome his own problems and in the future to be better; apart from that, I think that Cumberbatch must personify a character with very little humility and that's why it affects his relationship with heroes from another universe that are not as humble as he is, that way of continuing to write this character as if by obligation he should be the new "Tony Stark" bothers me a little, it seems unnecessary and that affects the work of this good actor.
Mientras veía este film sentado en la sala de cine, pensé que tal vez estaba cansado de ver estás películas; me cansa de ver esta historia sin sentido en dónde lo principal pareciera ser los cameo o la escena post-credito; se esfuerzan más.en el fan service en vez de desarrollar una historia propia para estos personajes y es que cada vez este asunto de tener un universo cohesionado afecta el desarrollo de cada uno de los héroes y todo esté plan tal vez se puede hacer de mejor manera en vez de solo hacer historia de relleno; es una lastima porque quería ver algo diferente y en cambio vi una película que tuvo escenas buenas, bien dirigidas, pero tambien hubo otras, aburridas, sin nada de emoción y es extraño todo esto porque hace días vi "Morbius" una película llena de mala decisiones, malas actuaciones, horrible edición y recibió malas y justificadas críticas, en cambio está película muchas personas hablaron muy bien, actuacion, guion, efectos y en la dirección lo cual es lo que estoy de acuerdo porque cuando Raimi toma el control es cuando la película es mejor, pero no es en todo el film, sino en un corto porcentaje de este rápido y directo film; es una lastima que se use nuevamente a este personaje para ser un relleno en el MCU, siendo sincero está es una historia de Scarlet Witch, un verdadero cierre de una historia que comenzó con la miniserie "WandaVision" y que solamente Strange se interpuso en su camino, pero nada más y que también sirve para dar un pequeño paso más dentro de esta fase que no me está pareciendo para nada la mejor.
While I was watching this film sitting in the movie theater, I thought that maybe I was tired of watching these movies; I get tired of seeing this nonsense story where the main thing seems to be the cameo or the post-credit scene; they try harder. I'm tired of seeing this nonsense story where the main thing seems to be the cameo or post-credits scene; they put more effort in the fan service instead of developing their own story for these characters and every time this issue of having a cohesive universe affects the development of each one of the heroes and this whole plan maybe can be done in a better way instead of just making filler story; it's a pity because i wanted to see something different and instead i saw a movie that had good scenes, well directed, but there were also others, boring, without any emotion and it's strange all this because days ago i saw "Morbius" a movie full of bad decisions, bad acting, horrible editing and it received bad and justified reviews, instead this movie many people spoke very well, acting, script, effects and in the direction which is what I agree because when Raimi takes control is when the movie is better, but it is not in the whole film, but in a short percentage of this fast and direct film; it's a pity that this character is used again to be a filler in the MCU, being honest this is a Scarlet Witch story, a real closure of a story that started with the miniseries "WandaVision" and that only Strange got in her way, but nothing more and that also serves to give a small step further within this phase that is not seeming to me at all the best.
