Titane by Julia Docournau, is a Body Horror film that was released in the year 2021. In this opportunity we will analyze this film from the character. The first thing we can find in this character is that he has a strong conflict with his father at a relationship level, this we can see if we focus on the character's action. In the first scene the first action is driven by the character of Alexia, who would come to be the protagonist in her childhood stage, this impulse in the film that aims to have the attention of his father, is the one that generates the first dramatic twist in the film. The following scenes reveal that the accident brought a consequence that marks Alexia's life, which would be the incorporation of a titanium prosthesis in her skull. This action comes from the internal emotions of the protagonist, and these impulses are repeated throughout her diegesis; this leads us to classify the type of action, as a unit of action that is necessary for the plot to move forward in a logical manner.

Lo primero que podemos encontrar en este personaje es que tiene un fuerte conflicto con su padre a nivel de relación, esto lo podemos ver si nos enfocamos en la acción del personaje. En la primera escena la primera acción es impulsada por el personaje de Alexia, que vendría siendo la protagonista en su etapa infantil, este impulso en la película que tiene como objetivo tener la atención de su padre, es la que genera el primer giro dramático en la película. Escenas a continuación nos revelan que el accidente dejo trajo una consecuencia que marca la vida de Alexia, que vendría siendo la incorporación de una prótesis de titanio en su cráneo. Esta acción proveniente de las emociones internas de la protagonista, y son impulsos se repiten en toda su diegesis; esto nos lleva a clasificar el tipo de acción, como una unidad de acción que es necesario para que la trama siga avanzando de forma lógica.
The actions of this protagonist character generate strong life experiences that lead her to a physical, emotional and identity transformation. There are two types of changes, those that occur in one day, such as the accident in childhood, and the other, which is the modification of the face that is made in the bathroom; the longest transformation is the pregnancy, which took nine months and is linked in her two personalities, Alexia and Adrien. These body modifications lead us to understand that this is a rounded and autonomous character in his actions, to such an extent that he modifies situations in the film in search of his own benefit.

Estas modificaciones corporales nos llevan a comprender que este es un personaje redondo y autónomo en sus acciones, a tal punto que llega a modificar situaciones en la película en busca de su propio beneficio.

The character's wardrobe varies according to the process of change she is going through in the story, when we are introduced to the adult Alexia we can see that she has very sensual clothes, totally tight; the colors that represent her are between yellow and green. Her second appearance is more masculine, her clothes cover her whole body, trying to hide her true identity, the colors are usually black, gray and blue.
El vestuario del personaje varía según el proceso de cambio que está viviendo en la historia, cuando se nos presenta a la Alexia adulta podemos ver que tiene una ropa muy sensual, totalmente ajustada; los colores que la representan están entre el amarillo y el verde. Su segunda apariencia es más masculina, su ropa cubre todo su cuerpo, tratando de ocultar su verdadera identidad, los colores suelen ser negro, gris y azul.
In the gestures of the characters before society, we can see the sensuality of Alexia and the absolute silence of Adrien. If we talk about their gestures in the informality of their intimacy we can see that Alexia is a compulsive killer and Adrien is a confused being who is discovering paternal love.

Alexia's reactions to relationships or bonds with other people with little affection, so much so that she even killed most of the people who made contact with her in the diegesis. When he becomes Adrien, his professional life is linked to the firefighters, he does not talk to his partners, he only communicates by gestures with his father. Analizando su vida exterior, podemos encontrar que el vínculo más fuerte que tiene es con un automóvil que es donde baila y con el que tiene relaciones. Cuando se transforma en Adrien , su vida profesional se vincula con los bomberos, tampoco llega a habla con sus compañero, solo se comunica por gestos con su padre. En su vida personal no se vincula con sus padres, solo se comunica con su madre y fue una sola vez, a diferencia de Adrien que tiene un proceso evolutivo, de no hablar con su padre a empezar a intercambiar palabras. Ahora si observamos la vida privada de Alexia encontraremos que suele involucrarse mucho con el sentir de su cuerpo, en los momentos que se encuentra sola busca los placeres sexuales del cuerpo, a medida que la historia avanza y sucede el cambio, empieza a experimentar métodos para agredir a su propio cuerpo.
The motivation or goal of the character at the beginning (Alexia) when she is a child, is the attention of her father, after the accident, this search for affection is transformed into a strong aggressiveness towards society, however in her personal life, she was still looking for the attention of her father. La motivación o meta del personaje al principio (Alexia) cuando es una niña, es la atención de su padre, después del accidente, esa búsqueda del cariño se transforma en una fuerte agresividad hacia la sociedad, sin embargo dentro de su vida personal, aún seguía buscando la atención de su padre. En el momento que se asume la otra postura del personaje (Adrien), empieza a sentir el amor de un padre, su motivación ahora es buscar la manera de que no descubran que es mujer para poder quedarse junto a su nuevo padre.

The genre of this film is Body Horror, for this reason we understand specific processes through which the character went through, such as her strong family process and the consequence of this in her way of being, being an adult woman. There are also the surprising encounters and scenarios that affect the character, generating a reaction that is linked to psychological traumas of her past, thus reaching the physical self-abuse.
El género de esta película es de Horror corporal, por este motivo comprendemos procesos específicos por el cual el personaje transcurrió, como lo es su fuerte proceso familiar y la consecuencia de esto en su forma de ser, siendo una mujer ya adulta. También están los sorpresivos encuentros y escenarios que afectan al personaje, generando una reacción que se vincula con traumas psicológicos de su pasado, llegando de esa forma al auto maltrato físico.
If we talk about the archetype of the protagonist, we can see that we are presented with two different stereotypes that the director of the film decides to break, in the first case we can see a sensual murderous catira, and in the second case, a dark teenager full of love and mixed feelings, taking into account these characteristics, the main character is designated as a dynamic character.

The dynamism of this character in the transformation arc is positioned as a radical arc, an action we see in Alexia as she changes her personality. These two personalities bring with them a choleric behavior (Alexia), to such an extreme that her murders are not thought out. On the other hand Adrien brings with him a more melancholic behavior, he tends to be more reserved, however we can find glimpses of Alexia's behavior.
El dinamismo de este personaje en el arco de transformación se ubica como un arco radical, acción que vemos en Alexia al cambiar su personalidad. Estas dos personalidades traen consigo un comportamiento colérico (Alexia), a tal extremo que sus asesinatos no son pensados. En cambio Adrien trae consigo un comportamiento un poco más melancólico, este suele ser más reservado, sin embargo podemos encontrar destellos del comportamiento de Alexia.
To culminate, the types of conflicts we see in the film are two, man versus man, and man versus nature. The first has to do with Alexia's feeling of love for her father, and the second is the struggle against the Titanium material in her head and what it does to her body.
