Hoy quise re visitar una de mis películas favoritas de mi infancia que además tenía mucho tiempo sin ver, pero si pude recordar el porqué me gustaba tanto, y si! Estoy hablando de The Emperor’s New Groove (las locuras del emperador)
The Emperor's New Groove (conocida en Latinoamérica como “las locuras del emperador”) es una película animada del año 2000 creada y lanzada por Walt Disney y dirigida por Mark Dindal.
Para entrar en contexto aquí está una corta sinopsis de The Emperor’s New Groove: La película nos muestra a Kuzco un emperador que es transformado en llama por Yzma y su asistente Kronk, kuzco queda perdido y necesita volver al palacio por lo que Pacha el líder de la aldea lo ayuda a volver, creando así una película de aventura bastante divertida.
No hay película que me recuerda a mi infancia tanto como esta película, esta película me encanta, no se si es por nostalgia o porque objetivamente es una gran película pero el punto es que me gusta mucho. La animación de esta película ha envejecido bastante bien, sigue siendo una película visualmente agradable.
La trama de la película es bastante diferente pero funciona muy bien, Disney supo convertir una idea de un emperador que se convierte en llama en una excelente película y si eso no es de admirar entonces no se que es.
La comedia es otro punto positivo, el tono general de la película es de comedia, pero tiene muchos chistes bastantes originales y escenas que se han vuelto icónicas con el tiempo.
Esta película es una de las joyas de Disney, y si no lo tiene todo, pues lo tiene casi todo, buen humor, buena trama, una animación que se ha mantenido a lo largo de los años ¿que más se le puede pedir a una película como esta?. Si por alguna extraña razón no has visto esta película te la recomiendo totalmente.

Today I wanted to revisit one of my favorite movies from my childhood that I hadn't seen for a long time, but I could remember why I liked it so much, and yes! I'm talking about The Emperor's New Groove .
The Emperor's New Groove is a 2000 animated film created and released by Walt Disney and directed by Mark Dindal.
For context here is a short synopsis of The Emperor's New Groove: The movie shows us Kuzco an emperor who is transformed into a llama by Yzma and his assistant Kronk, Kuzco gets lost and needs to return to the palace so Pacha the leader of the village helps him get back, creating a pretty fun adventure movie.
There is no movie that reminds me of my childhood as much as this movie, I love this movie, I don't know if it's because of nostalgia or because objectively it's a great movie but the point is that I like it a lot. The animation in this movie has aged quite well, it's still a visually pleasing movie.
The plot of the movie is quite different but it works very well, Disney knew how to turn an idea of an emperor becoming a llama into an excellent movie and if that's not to be admired then I don't know what is.
The comedy is another plus, the overall tone of the film is comedic, but it has many jokes that are quite original and scenes that have become iconic over time.
This movie is one of Disney's gems, and if it doesn't have it all, it has almost everything, good humor, good plot, animation that has held up over the years, what more could you ask for from a movie like this? If for some strange reason you haven't seen this movie I totally recommend it.
