A character that dies, be reborn and dies again? Nothing can be more suspenseful than that. I literally had my heart in my mouth seeing this drama because I didn't begin to see it with that in mind. The lead character got my attention as I've seen a lot of good dramas he starred in so I took it that this was going to be like the others (which I always feel comfortable and joyful to see).
Well, this drama isn't for the faint hearted as I had thought... Seeing the drama got my brain working faster and my heart beating too fast (not the one of being scared but worried). I still remember myself being speechless at an episode when the lead and his grandfather got into a huge accident and everything gave me the conclusion that they died.
But no, they didn't die!
They only made me think the unthinkable... Lead character dying in a kdrama? Hell no! Almost never happens.
So I recently finished this drama and all I could keeping thinking about is the plot about "Reborn". Something I think is way above fantasy. Even if there may be the thing called "reincarnation", I've never thought of one being reborn and still remembers everything he knows before his first death. Reincarnated person doesn't know he or she lived before right? Well, the lead in this drama was reborn and he remembers every tiny detail of his past life.
"Reborn Rich" is a Korean drama series with 16 episodes of fantasy. There's the touch of crime, romance and investigation but not so much to take note of as you would about the fantasy in the drama. Korean dramas are known to have a male and female lead but this drama took a different turn as it had both males as lead that is, the lead character and his grandfather who also played a huge role in the drama.
A little plot...
The drama is about a servant to a Chaebol family who are known to come from the lineage of technologies and super wealthy that they commit different crimes to keep their money safe. The servant is so loyal with rules that make him so trusted among the other servants but is always humiliated for not going far in his studies.
The drama took a great turn when this servant went on a mission to claim a huge amount of money for his Boss but got betrayed and killed after he got the money. He was shot on the head and woke up in a little boy's body who turned out to be the youngest son of the family he was working with (the drama took us back to the 80s). He had all his memory from when he was his adult self... Did he find out who killed him? How did he live his life as the youngest son of the family?
The two main Characters worthy of note...
Jin Yang Chul starred by Lee Sung-min who is the grandfather and founder of Soonyang company and a very strict father to his children who are bent on having big shares in his company. He kept growing his wealth until he met his youngest grandson who seem to know a lot about what would happen. He later finds out that his youngest son was his favourite, and not his eldest grandson. They both got close after his grandson revealed himself to be a big shareholder who was interested in buying his company with money.
He died but left nothing as an inheritance for his youngest grandson which later in the drama was revealed why it happened that way...
Aside being a lead character, Jin Yang Chul did a great job in his acting especially the part where he acted as one with loss of memory and being too aggressive. I got really emotional when his grandson saw a video from his last moments before he died. The intensity of his act there was too much for my heart, something I'll call "A natural".
Jin Do Joon starred by Song Joong-ki the youngest grandson of the wealthiest family who had lived a life in the future under the same family. He is killed by a member of the family and reborn to be among the family, he planned to find out who killed but along with his plan was to destroy and make Soonyang his as he has seen what future the company has. As the youngest grandson of the family, he was too smart for his uncles who felt threatened by him and went extra miles to make him look bad in the eyes of their father.
The drama shows different problems and how he solved them with his knowledge from the future which he lived before he died. How is it possible to be born as a rich son? How far did he go to own the company for himself? Did he get his future life back? These are all questions answered from interesting scenes in each episodes.
My take on the drama...

The drama was way above my expectations as I had never thought such a plot was even possible with acting... Reborn and with a future knowledge but they gave a good plot on it and I think the lead character was the best pick for this role. He knew just how well to play his part as the mysterious guy from childhood (kudos to the young character too).
I also love how the problem solving in this drama went, from the most tiniest problem to the bigger ones, our lead character had answers to each of them except of course, his deaths time. How can a character die and die again in one drama? lol. I find it really intriguing and more interesting to see how it all ends though.
The drama ost is also a good one, I downloaded it separately on my phone to play at anytime, I specially like the artist behind it, the lyrics and beat of the song... A perfect fitting to the drama if you ask me. I'll recommend the drama to anyone who enjoys problem solving scenes, this drama has a lot of it. My rating on this drama is 8/10

驴Un personaje que muere, renace y vuelve a morir? Nada puede tener m谩s suspenso que eso. Literalmente ten铆a el coraz贸n en la boca al ver este drama porque no comenc茅 a verlo con eso en mente. El personaje principal me llam贸 la atenci贸n, ya que he visto muchos buenos dramas que protagoniz贸, as铆 que supuse que este iba a ser como los dem谩s (que siempre me siento c贸modo y feliz de ver).
Bueno, este drama no es para los d茅biles de coraz贸n como hab铆a pensado... Ver el drama hizo que mi cerebro trabajara m谩s r谩pido y mi coraz贸n latiera demasiado r谩pido (no el de estar asustado sino preocupado). Todav铆a me recuerdo sin palabras en un episodio cuando el protagonista y su abuelo tuvieron un gran accidente y todo me dio la conclusi贸n de que hab铆an muerto.
隆Pero no, no murieron!
Solo me hicieron pensar lo impensable... 驴El personaje principal muere en un kdrama? 隆Diablos, no! Casi nunca sucede.
As铆 que recientemente termin茅 este drama y todo lo que pod铆a seguir pensando era en la trama de "Reborn". Algo que creo que est谩 muy por encima de la fantas铆a. Incluso si puede existir la cosa llamada "reencarnaci贸n", nunca pens茅 en uno que renaciera y a煤n recuerde todo lo que sabe antes de su primera muerte. La persona reencarnada no sabe que vivi贸 antes, 驴verdad? Bueno, el protagonista de este drama renaci贸 y recuerda cada peque帽o detalle de su vida pasada.
"Reborn Rich" es una serie dram谩tica coreana con 16 episodios de fantas铆a. Hay un toque de crimen, romance e investigaci贸n, pero no tanto para tomar nota como lo har铆as con la fantas铆a en el drama. Se sabe que los dramas coreanos tienen un protagonista masculino y otro femenino, pero este drama tom贸 un giro diferente ya que ten铆a a ambos protagonistas masculinos, es decir, el personaje principal y su abuelo, quien tambi茅n jug贸 un papel muy importante en el drama.
Una peque帽a trama...
El drama trata sobre un sirviente de una familia Chaebol que se sabe que proviene del linaje de las tecnolog铆as y es s煤per rico que comete diferentes delitos para mantener su dinero seguro. El sirviente es tan leal con las reglas que lo hacen tan confiable entre los otros sirvientes pero siempre es humillado por no ir muy lejos en sus estudios.
El drama dio un gran giro cuando este sirviente emprendi贸 la misi贸n de reclamar una gran cantidad de dinero para su jefe, pero fue traicionado y asesinado despu茅s de obtener el dinero. Le dispararon en la cabeza y despert贸 en el cuerpo de un ni帽o peque帽o que result贸 ser el hijo menor de la familia con la que trabajaba (el drama nos llev贸 de vuelta a los a帽os 80). Ten铆a toda su memoria de cuando era un adulto... *** 驴Descubri贸 qui茅n lo mat贸? 驴C贸mo vivi贸 su vida como el hijo menor de la familia?***
Los dos personajes principales dignos de menci贸n...
Jin Yang Chul protagonizada por Lee Sung-min, quien es el abuelo y fundador de la empresa Soonyang y un padre muy estricto con sus hijos que est谩n empe帽ados en tener grandes acciones en su empresa. Sigui贸 aumentando su riqueza hasta que conoci贸 a su nieto m谩s joven, quien parece saber mucho sobre lo que suceder铆a. M谩s tarde descubre que su hijo menor era su favorito y no su nieto mayor. Ambos se hicieron cercanos despu茅s de que su nieto se revelara como un gran accionista que estaba interesado en comprar su empresa con dinero.
Muri贸, pero no dej贸 nada como herencia para su nieto m谩s joven, lo que m谩s tarde en el drama se revel贸 por qu茅 sucedi贸 de esa manera...
Adem谩s de ser un personaje principal, Jin Yang Chul hizo un gran trabajo en su actuaci贸n, especialmente en la parte en la que actu贸 como alguien con p茅rdida de memoria y siendo demasiado agresivo. Me emocion茅 mucho cuando su nieto vio un video de sus 煤ltimos momentos antes de morir. La intensidad de su acto all铆 fue demasiado para mi coraz贸n, algo que llamar茅 "Al natural".
Jin Do Joon protagonizado por Song Joong-ki, el nieto m谩s joven de la familia m谩s rica que hab铆a vivido una vida en el futuro bajo la misma familia. Es asesinado por un miembro de la familia y renace para estar entre la familia. Planeaba averiguar qui茅n mat贸, pero junto con su plan era destruir y hacer suyo a Soonyang, ya que ha visto el futuro que tiene la empresa. Como el nieto m谩s joven de la familia, era demasiado inteligente para sus t铆os, quienes se sintieron amenazados por 茅l y se esforzaron m谩s para hacerlo quedar mal a los ojos de su padre.
El drama muestra diferentes problemas y c贸mo los resolvi贸 con su conocimiento del futuro que vivi贸 antes de morir. ***驴C贸mo es posible nacer como un hijo rico? 驴Hasta d贸nde lleg贸 para ser due帽o de la empresa por s铆 mismo? 驴Recuper贸 su vida futura? *** Todas estas son preguntas respondidas a partir de escenas interesantes en cada episodio.
Mi opini贸n sobre el drama...
Un tr谩iler con mi canci贸n favorita del drama
El drama estuvo muy por encima de mis expectativas, ya que nunca pens茅 que una trama as铆 fuera posible con la actuaci贸n... Reborn y con un conocimiento futuro pero le dieron una buena trama y creo que el personaje principal fue la mejor elecci贸n para este papel Sab铆a qu茅 tan bien interpretar su papel como el chico misterioso desde la infancia (felicitaciones al joven personaje tambi茅n).
Tambi茅n me encanta c贸mo fue la resoluci贸n de problemas en este drama, desde el problema m谩s peque帽o hasta el m谩s grande, nuestro personaje principal ten铆a respuestas para cada uno de ellos excepto, por supuesto, el momento de su muerte. 驴C贸mo puede un personaje morir y volver a morir en un drama? lol. Sin embargo, me parece realmente intrigante y m谩s interesante ver c贸mo termina todo.
El ost del drama tambi茅n es bueno, lo descargu茅 por separado en mi tel茅fono para reproducirlo en cualquier momento, me gusta especialmente el artista detr谩s de 茅l, la letra y el ritmo de la canci贸n... Si me preguntas, encaja perfectamente con el drama. Recomendar茅 el drama a cualquiera que disfrute de las escenas de resoluci贸n de problemas, este drama tiene mucho. Mi calificaci贸n en este drama es 8/10
