La mayoría siempre tiene un actor predilecto, ya sea por su físico, por su película favorita, por alguna escena, o que de verdad disfrutan todas sus películas, por más malas que puedan llegar a ser. Esa decisión uno la tiende a tomar entre la niñez y la adolescencia, y nos acompaña para toda la vida. Claro está que a veces se cambia de opinión, pero ese actor o actriz lo llevamos en el corazón como un matrimonio, hasta que la muerte nos separa. Por esa razón pensé que esta iniciativa sería divertida para realizar, de seguro les sacaría una sonrisa o les llenaría de alegría por hablar de ellos. Hay personas que se aburren de escuchar o leer a otros expresando lo que les gusta o apasiona, pero acá no haremos eso, juntos disfrutaremos de tres éxitos de tu actor/actriz favorita.
Most of us always have a favorite actor, either because of his physique, a favorite movie, a favorite scene, or that we really enjoy all his movies, no matter how bad they may be. We tend to make that decision between childhood and adolescence, and it stays with us for the rest of our lives. Of course, sometimes we change our minds, but we carry that actor or actress in our hearts like a marriage, until death separates us. For that reason I thought this initiative would be fun to do, it would surely bring a smile to your faces or fill you with joy to talk about them. There are people who get bored of listening or reading others expressing what they like or are passionate about, but here we will not do that, together we will enjoy three hits of your favorite actor/actress..
Esta es mi segunda iniciativa acá en Hive, y realmente espero la disfruten. El mundo del cine y la televisión es bastante amplio, por eso esta comunidad es de real éxito, para seguir cosechando experiencia y aportando nuestro granito de arena dejaré unas simples reglas para las personas que quieran unirse, la primera de ellas es que el post sea publicado acá, así apoyaremos el crecimiento continúo de la comunidad y la segunda es que me etiqueten en sus participaciones, así podré leerlos y apoyarlos.

Tom Hanks para ese año estaba en plena flor del éxito, recientemente había ganado su primer Óscar con la película Philadelphia, y con Forrest Gump se convirtió en el primer actor en ganar dos Óscar consecutivos durante la segunda mitad del siglo XX. Su interpretación de primera me ha hecho llorar en cada ocasión, además es la única película que repito con constancia, por lo menos debo verla una vez cada 8 meses cuando mucho, tiene mucho peso emocional para mí. Todas éstas y más son las razones por las cuales este es el primer éxito seleccionado para esta iniciativa.
Tom Hanks by that year was in the prime of his success, he had recently won his first Oscar with the film Philadelphia, and with Forrest Gump he became the first actor to win two consecutive Oscars during the second half of the twentieth century. His first-rate performance has made me cry every time, and it's the only film I repeat consistently, at least once every 8 months at the most, it carries a lot of emotional weight for me. Mi segunda elección no fue fácil, la carrera profesional de este actor solo ha cosechado éxitos, pero como mis elecciones dependen más de mi rasgo emocional, la que sigue es sin duda una obra de arte, un clásico entre clásicos, y de las mejores en su género: Rescatando al soldado Ryan o Salvando al soldado Ryan. Aun lloro cada que está por terminar la película, además es de las favoritas en casa para ver en familia, aunque mi madre no quiera, Tom Hanks nos une.

El film logra manejar muy bien la trama, los puntos de suspenso y acción mantienen entretenida la historia a pesar de su larga duración, lo cual no afecta su valía. Los personajes logran empatizar con el espectador presentando un lazo emocional que llena de nostalgia, esta obra nos deja una de las incógnitas más profundas en sus hechos: ¿está bien arriesgar la vida de más personas por salvar a una?, es allí donde cada personaje deja un punto de enfoque distinto y que al final queda al criterio propio.
The film manages to handle the plot very well, the suspense and action points keep the story entertaining despite its long duration, which does not affect its worth. The characters manage to empathize with the viewer presenting an emotional bond that fills with nostalgia, this work leaves us with one of the deepest unknowns in its facts: Is it right to risk the lives of more people to save one? It is there where each character leaves a different point of focus and that in the end is left to one's own criteria.

Pero su valioso papel enriquece la trama y nos regala un personaje interesante, sabio y apreciable, que al final no deja más que un vacío. Esta película fue estrenada en el año en que nací, y cada vez que la veo admiro más aún el trabajo de mi actor favorito.
Tom Hanks for this film was also nominated for many acting awards, including the Oscar, although he did not win. But his valuable role enriches the plot and gives us an interesting, wise and appreciable character, which in the end leaves nothing but emptiness. Mi tercera y última elección tampoco fue muy fácil, sin embargo lo sopesé por un rato y por mis propios criterios no tuve más opción que escoger: La milla verde o Milagros inesperados. Una de las película más emotivas que he visto, llena de drama, fantasía, y de grandes enseñanzas, de todas, esta es la que más huella deja en el alma deja.
My third and final choice was not very easy either, however I weighed it for a while and by my own criteria I had no choice but to pick: The Green Mile or Unexpected Miracles. One of the most emotional movies I've ever seen, full of drama, fantasy, and great teachings, of all, this is the one that leaves the most impression on the soul.

This emotional movie will leave you with ingrained teachings and a strange feeling in your chest, its drama is as strong on screen as it is in real life, as this movie is based on the novel The Green Mile by Stephen King, my favorite writer. This case is from real life, and it's sadder than they present. The truth is that a guy was sentenced to death for a crime he didn't commit and was brought to trial and sentenced just for being black.

Milagros inesperados es un film que logra mantener la atención del espectador durante todo el trayecto, la comedia le da un toque especial, y las actuaciones mantienen la armonía de la trama, una verdadera joya que quizás no es tan conocida como debería. La interpretación de Hanks para esta película es de especial mención, sus diálogos son reflexivos y sus acciones ejemplares, así que cierra con honores esta iniciativa.
Unexpected Miracles is a film that manages to keep the viewer's attention throughout, the comedy gives it a special touch, and the performances maintain the harmony of the plot, a real gem that perhaps is not as well known as it should be. Hanks' performance for this film is of special mention, his dialogues are thoughtful and his actions exemplary, so he closes this initiative with honors.
